The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was very well equipped and had plenty of storage. Beds were very comfortable.

Some sugar sachets would have been handy with the nespresso machine. Also we paid extra for breakfast, but we ended up going to the bakery next door. Breakfast was dreadful, very poor selection, and the porridge was freezing cold. I don't mind a basic continental breakfast, but there wasn't even any cereal. I requested a refund for the extra paid for breakfast but have not received a reply at the time of writing. Don't bother going for the breakfast option, just get your own supplies from the bakery, or the supermarket across the road.

Great location, 1 supermarket in a walking distance (3m) and 2 supermarkets (2mins by car) on each side. Walking distance to the restaurants. There is no reception, you will be given a code before your stay. The room was spacious and clean, well equipped (kettle, small fridge), bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was also big, clean and equipped (towels, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, toilet paper). There is a restaurant on the ground floor, but it's more expensive than restaurants in the center. Parking is right in front of the hotel.

When closing the door of the room, mingle the handle to the top to be sure the room is properly locked. We found once our room open, thankfully we went only to the car and nothing disappeared, but since then we were extra cautious.

Our third stay at Bella Apartments in Selfoss. Room was large, clean and comfortable with good facilities. Great location on the main road in the middle of Selfoss, so you can easily walk to all the great restaurants that Selfoss has. They is a fantastic bakery right next door that does delicious pastries and sandwiches.

The apartment was a little on the chilly side (it was December in Iceland after all), but was warmer than when we visited at the same time the year before. There is also still an unpleasant smell that can come up the drains in the bathroom, but this was also not as bad as on our previous visit.

We were in the Apartment 401, double bed, two singles and a sofa bed. Exceptional stay but we didn't get to enjoy the full valve as we used it as a stopover on the way back to the airport and were only there one night. If staying for two or more days exceptional accommodation. Apartment was warm and you could change the heat in each room, ideal. Clean as a whistle. Everything is new. We'd stay for a week if we could. The food hall in Selfoss is exceptional. Check your email for code to the door afterhours. Chef in Bistro was lovely. Nice pint and the other people eating enjoyed it. You need to enter the code to close the door when leaving the apartment.

We didn't spend enough time there to enjoy it.

The location was great, right next to the Ring Road and close to the town centre. There were at least two supermarkets within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay, including a kettle and a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable, and the place was quiet at night. The bathroom was clean, and both toiletries and towels were provided. Geothermal water was used as source of hot water. There was a lift, so we did not have to carry our luggage up the stairs to our room. WiFi worked fine.

The car park was a bit confusing. There were clearly marked parking spaces for hotel guests (among others) in front of the building, but they were always occupied during our stay. There was a sign with an arrow pointing towards additional parking spaces, but it was not clear whether they were located on a side street or behind the building. Since there was no reception desk as such at the hotel, we could not ask anybody for clarification.

By the time I arrived in Selfoss, it was already Christmas Eve night, and the entire town was deserted. Fortunately, the restaurant beneath the hotel was still open, and I got to try some traditional Icelandic dishes. There were no staff in sight at the hotel, but the overall process and check-in experience were very satisfying. The hotel had parking spots both in front and behind, which was very convenient for someone like me traveling by rental car. Overall, the first day of my Iceland trip started with a delightful stay at this hotel!

Nice Location. Not far to get ourist attractions. The kitchen is very big and we enjoy the time cooking ourselves. We firstly failed to enter the hotel due to the problem of the system, but the staff quickly help to solve problems.

The floor isn't very clean I saw some dust on the ground. If guests decide to stay here, highly recommend to prepare enough amenity with you. They don't provide toiletries, garbage bags, laundry detergent.... They provide half roll of toilet paper which is not enough for three of us staying two days.

Second time staying here. Excellent apartment with lots of space, great views and comfortable. Being in the middle of Selfoss is a perfect location. You are right next door to a very good bakery, the is a supermarket across the street and there are a numerous excellent restaurants very close by.

Distinct smell of drains in the bathroom meant the window had to be open the whole time, which can be pretty cold in Iceland. The code we were given for the front door didn't work, but after calling the number on the phone number posted on the front door we were provided with a working code straight away.

Very modern, spacious and comfortable apartment with quality finishes. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and dish washer tablets were provided too. Great location in Selfoss which is ideal for exploring the south coast. Apartment was nice and warm too!

Our door code wasn’t working on the second day which meant we couldn’t get back into our apartment for some of our outdoor gear, and had to leave without it. We couldn’t locate any staff to help us get in and despite there being a sign on the door to ring the doorbell for assistance, the doorbell had been removed. The numbers on the door to call for help didn’t work either - if you find yourself in the same situation then use the contact number found on booking.com and someone will help by giving you a new door code. The road at the front can be quite noisy so bare this in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

The unit had a perfect location, it was beautifully decorated/furnished, nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, with blackout curtains and the beds were very comfortable. Check-in was easy with the self check process. Instructions were communicated beautifully.

At night, we were too warm and when we opened the windows, they banged in the wind. The kitchen was missing several things: it didn’t have an induction plate to use the induction stove, a spatula or regular coffee maker. The Nespresso machine was nice, but the pods jammed. A regular coffee machine would have been helpful.
