Staff were efficient and helpful at check in. We arrived early, but we were able to go to the room. We were given a map showing the best dining areas etc, It’s only 4 years old, so it’s quite modern. The room was larger than expected, lovely big comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious with brilliant shower. Everything was kept spotlessly clean. The rooftop terrace had plenty of loungers,and comfortable chairs plus clean pool. All attractions are within walking distance, so the hotel is perfectly situated.

Nothing to dislike

This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel and we like it very much. The staff are very helpful and friendly - Patricia on reception was particularly welcoming. The location is great, very close to the centre.

The only hiccup came at the end of our stay. We had paid for breakfast each day but had to leave early for the airport on the last day - 15 minutes before breakfast was officially served. A little discretionary flexibility re rules about access to a few simple breakfast items would have been appreciated. Apparently a simple breakfast could have been arranged but we were not (made) aware of this. The staff were not to blame but as I say a little discretionary flexibility would have been helpful. In the end we were given 4 croissants and access to the coffee machine - better than nothing but certainly not worth the €56 we’d paid in advance for breakfast each morning.

The staff was excellent, Hotel Lobby and rooms are clean and inviting. Breakfast was outstanding. Indoor pool, steam and dry saunas were wonderful for Our January stay. The rooftop pool was too cold but the space is wonderful

Parking is difficult

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were amazing and friendly. Got to know them all a little bit and often the staff would see me come in for breakfast and bring my espresso straight over without me even asking. Rooftop pool was next level and always sun loungers available despite being busy. Rooftop bar was a nice place to have a drink after a swim. Small lunch menu was good value for money and tasty. Room its self was amazing, very spacious and had everything we needed. Maids cleaned the room daily. Air conditioning made the whole place comfortable. Front desk went above and beyond for recommendations and anything we needed. Also gave us a free bottle of Cava on arrival as an anniversary gift. Couldn’t fault a thing.

Staff couldn't help you enough and were so friendly! The location is amazing, perfect distance to walk to the centre of Palma in 10 mins. Facilities were great and everywhere was spotless. The breakfast had lots of choice and catered for all tastes. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable, but if you like a hard mattress then they'll be fine. Also, I am a light sleeper and could hear next doors/underneath so I don't think the soundproofing is too great. I am fussy about noise when I sleep though so this will only be a problem if you're the same.

location is super. city and all top spots are walking distance. amenities, bedding, and bathroom are excellent room service and reception were kind and helpful breakfast was outstanding: great quality and options the hotel design is good and condition is new bike rental starts at a great value of 11 Euro/day. a great way to explore the city.

worst thing was the smell when you turn off the air condition. I think the sewage system has some issue. turning on the air condition in winter is also not comfy. parking is 18Euro per night. I wish it was less especially that the parking garage is very tight and strict. however, it is a must as there is almost no chance to find park in the street in the area

excellent buffet breakfast with signature iberico ham daily and assorted pastries and hot food. the hotel is located near city center as well. we used the bike rental service provided by the hotel - bikes are with mutiple gears so not too bad. room is spacious and the hotel has a small swimming pool together with saunas which are all pretty nice! staff is great - we got many good recommendations from patricia, really appreciate her help !! also there are welcome drinks in the lounge - another thing we really like!

tap water is not drinkable in mallorca, so when our water went out at night, we need to buy from the hotel which is 3.6 euro for the 1L bottle - too late for us to buy it outside in the supermarket at the time, but hoped the hotel water can be a bit cheaper hehe. but the water from the hotel tastes pretty good, there will be a free bottle when checking in as well.

The hotel is relatively easy to get to from the airport on the airport bus “A1” close to the last stop coming from the airport and the first stop for returning. On leaving the bus turn right and walk about 100 m along the pavement with water drainage on your right and cross over the first bridge over it. The hotel is about 30 m along the road facing the bridge where it is sited next to a large police station and so the area feels safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a wide choice and was good value - setting you up for the day. Good base for exploring central Palma

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing, always had a smile on their faces, they were very knowledgeable and always happy to assist. The hotel itself was very central and easy to venture out on foot. The water in the pool was warm. Breakfast was amazing, a great selection. We had a late flight out of Palma, hotel were happy to mind our cases, and also let us use their facilities and have a shower at the end of the day. Top service. It was a little expensive if you are using Australian dollars, however very worth every euro! I would stay there again!! Well done!!!

I loved this hotel. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and had a safe, fridge and kettle. The breakfast was the largest choice I have ever seen - absolutely everything you could think of, they had on offer. The rooftop pool and area was a suntrap with plenty of sunloungers, the hotel provided beach towels, bath robes and slippers. We received a complementary drink during our stay. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is perfect - three minutes from the final stop on the A1 airport shutlle bus route and a 15 minute walk to the port. Would highly recommend.
