The room was gorgeous and so thoughtfully comfortable--the bed and pillows were wonderful, the layout spacious and homey, the bathroom was awesome...especially the bathtub and the towel warmer.

I didn't realize how touristy the area was and would have preferred a different area that was a little less busy. That said, the hotel itself was fantastic!

The location of this hotel was superb - right in the heart of the city. However, the hotel was quiet and extremely comfortable.

The staff were unresponsive to communications. I arrived after the official opening hours and trying to obtain information on how to access this property was frustrating. Staff would not answer the phone - they would only respond to whattsapp messages - days after they were sent. In person, the person managing reception wasn't very helpful. His attitude was not what I would call hospitable.

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The location is convenient but very busy! It’s close to the old town which was perfect for us. Complimentary Prosecco was a nice touch.

There wasn’t ever anyone around for check-in/to collect luggage so you had to ask bar staff which did take a little while longer than we would’ve liked but it’s not really a big problem. The bed sheets on the bed had a damp smell as though they’d been put on whilst still a little wet which wasn’t very pleasant and there was a stain on one of the towels. We only stayed 2 nights so didn’t say anything but would’ve done had we been staying for longer.

The hotel’s location is just perfect, the apartement is spacious, beds are comfortable, and there were even 3 A/C in the flat which was really necessary during the heatwave.

Unfortunately, not every apartement has a view like on the pictures. More windows of our apartements opened to close firewalls, and the terrace was located in a tiny inneryard, overlooking to other apartements. Two bigger glassdoors opening to tiny balconies looked over a narrow street, to enable entering some sunshine into the apartement.

The location could not be better! It’s central, yet not too busy like in other parts of Palma city centre. Below is a lovely bar and café with very reasonable prices compared to other places. The room was clean, huge with sound-proof windows, extra large bed, lots of storage space and a great, also very sizeable, bathroom. The aircon worked extremely well, quiet and effective. Overall decor also very nice and comfortable. I think overall good value for money.

We had to close the bathroom window on the first night as it was letting in some smells from the kitchen. Didn’t notice anything after that. Nothing terrible at all, though.

This place is wonderful. Firstly, the staff were so friendly, they even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine! Large spacious room overlooking the plaza. Even though there was cafe and plaza just outside, the windows were double plated making the room soundproofed. I did enjoy sitting on the balcony in late afternoon enjoying a glass a wine and soaking in the cool vibe. Huge bed, bathroom with bathtub. The location was amazing too, minutes from everything in old town Palma. If and when I return to Palma this will be my place of choice. In additional to the hotel, they have a cafe on the first floor that is part of the outdoor cafe on the plaza. Food is good, but I did not use their breakfast plan as I prefer to always eat breakfast randomly. But I saw the menu and it looked good. I did sample their food in the outdoor cafe, it was quite good. I hope this place does not get too popular, it will be harder to get a reservation here. Simply, I really like this hotel!

Very little, except there were pigeons roosting in the adjacent building near our side window, bird poop and all. But it really did not bother me much, this is Europe after all. You really can't fault this hotel for that.

This surprisingly spacious apartment is in an incredible location in the historic section of Palma. It is a great deal for the size—a large family could easily stay here. It’s literally nearly perfect! It is modern and clean, with some beautiful accents of the building’s historic features. It’s quiet with respect to other guests—we did not see or hear any other hotel residents. The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable—easily the best of our 12 day vacation with 4 stays. There is a full kitchen, lots of open space to relax and a spacious bathroom. I truly wish we could’ve stayed more than one night!

My only complaint is that some of the vinyl edging around the shower and countertop running into the shower is delaminating and I cut my knuckle on it while showering. Also, one thing to be aware of is that guests must climb one set on stairs to access the elevator. This might be a problem for those with accessibility challenges. The apartment is near some lively areas that can be noisy at night. But the high quality windows/doors block a lot of noise and ear plugs do the rest!

Fantastic modern apartment in the heart of Palma, the location is brilliant, on a side street, but right in the heart of the city. We were a bit worried about some reviews on TA regarding communication from the host, but the communication / info provided was perfect and very helpful. We were a family of 4, and the kids loved the place. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

There really wasn't much not to like. The balcony in the Nordica apartment wasn't furnished as presented in the pictures. We had no need to use the balcony, but the option would have been nice. A very minor negative in an otherwise excellent stage. Not relevant for us, but it may be of use for others. The apartments are probably not suitable for very young children in buggies. There is a lift, but it starts from the first floor, so stairs have to be used from ground to first floor.

My partner and I booked a suite on the 3rd and top floor for 4 nights. It was perfect. The bed was exceptionally big, great shower and it faced onto the square. The Bar Bosch was on the ground floor, there since 1936 and still had its old school charm. Plenty of seating area outside, very popular spot. The location was perfect, situated on a lovely tree lined avenue in the middle of the old town. A 20minute stroll to the beach.

The bed was very comfortable with a nice view. Room and bathroom are both very soacious. We especially loved the bathtub and shower options in the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing! Great quality of the food in the restaurant below for lunch and dinner as well.

Only provided 2 capsules of coffee and no tea. They also only gave one bottle of water for two people. All the rest of the drinks in the fridge were chargeable. Also they sent an email saying that my credit card was declined when clearly the details given were correct.
