Proximity to Eiffel Tower, good selection of restaurants near by, good breakfast everyday, attentive staff

Too hot until the radiators were turned off, no mirror for the dressing table, rendering it unable to fulfil its main purpose, small bathroom

The room was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff were so pleasant and restored our faith in the Parisian hospitality industry! And the location is fantastic. Short walk from Passy metro station and trocadero. Loads of cafes/bars/shops around. And lovely views of the Eiffel Tower nearby.

The room was small even for just a couple to get around. Bath/shower is tiny but it’s a very good shower. Quite noisy, we could hear the guest next door receiving text messages the walls were so thin… but this is probably just the nature of the old building! Got lots of character and overall I really liked this hotel.

The breakfast was generous, the offer was the same for each day, but satisfactory. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is just awesome, it's a 5-minute walk to the Passy subway station or Trocadero gardens with one of the nicest views of the Eiffel tower (by no surprise, the Eiffel tower is very close within a short walk distance).

Everything was great except the interior doors between the rooms resulting in the fact that we could have heard every single word from the next room even when the other couple was whispering or snoring during the night :-D. I also don't quite understand the reason behind these doors since they are locked (on purpose :-)) and probably used for easier facilitation of the cleaning service :-).

The property is in a beautiful part of Paris - close to amenities and little cafes and restaurants. The hotel is nicely decorated and seems a very intimate and small hotel, which is lovely. Staff incredibly friendly.

My room was attached to the adjoining room by a door (which was locked) but the walls were incredibly thin and I could hear everything being said in the room next door - like wise across the corridor in the opposite room - as the rooms are very close together, you could hear people talking - to the point where I had to knock on the door at 2am to ask them to quieten down. I spoke to reception the next morning and they moved me to another room on the floor below and this was much quieter - with no adjoining room.

I enjoyed the quaint French boutique feeling this hotel provided. It was a pleasure to interact with every staff member. I can't thank David (receptionist) enough! He ensured that my husband and I knew what metro and train to take to Disneyland Paris. I asked what time the last train left Disney...he didn't know, but he researched the answer and emailed it to me! The location was great. 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and very close to metro. Restaurants and pastry shops nearby. Would definitely stay again!

The breakfast choices were tasty but were the same choices EVERY day. I would have enjoyed it changed up a bit.

The staff were wonderful. They upgraded me to a room a view of the Eiffel Tower with no extra charge. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. Location was perfect! Highly recommend!

The breakfast was very simple, continental. A hot breakfast would have been nice for what you are paying.

Bathroom too small. Not enough lighting and mirrors. Full length mirror in the entrance hall of the room, but no light there. No mirror in the room where there is light Could have had a extra clean, attention to detail with the cleaning in the bathroom was lacking. Old soap around the hand wash pump. Could have had a couple of shelves in the shower, so you didn't have to keep bending down. The shower caps were way too small!

Great location. Walking distance from Trocodero and Eiffel Tower along with Passey metro stop. Boulangerie and other cafés nearby as well as boutique shops. Rooms are spacious and light. Windows can open to let fresh air in. Bathroom is compact but it's all you need. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a family room comprising of 1 room with a double bed and the other having 2 single beds. Double bed unfortunately dipped in the middle. For a few nights it is OK as the benefits of the hotel out weigh this downside.

Made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived to when we left a week later. We arrived at 11am, so a long time before check in, but we were able to leave our luggage and able to sit in the little lounge area. Staff at breakfast were friendly. Good choice of drinks. The boys enjoyed getting a jug of hot chocolate. The buffet was a small area but crammed in a big selection. Cheese, meats, boiled eggs bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and crepes.. several breads and little pastries. The beds were comfortable. The area was quite quiet but it was just a short walk to the passy metro station (Hotel provide a map) the eiffel tower is about a 10min walk and the arc de triomphe about 25. There are lots of restaurants about a 15min walk. There is a franprix about 2mins from the hotel with makes it very cheap to buy bottles of drink/sandwiches on the way to the metro.

The bathroom is very small. The lift is tiny and old fashioned and goes to halfway between the floors so you either have to go up or down steps to get to the room. I rather liked this it's quaint. But not good if you have mobility problems.

A short walk uphill from the Passy Metro Station in a charming neighborhood. Plenty of shops, bakeries, and cafes nearby without being touristy. A short walk downhill and over the scenic bridge to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel staff was exceptionally patient and helpful. The room was efficient and well furnished for its size.

True of most historic small hotels, there is no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs. Also true, the ensuite bathroom is incredibly small but always preferable to sharing.
