I recently stayed at Piapia Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! Everything looks brand new, with a very stylish and modern design. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptional, very friendly, approachable, and always ready to answer any question or assist with anything needed. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better. The location is within walking distance of several metro stations and has a supermarket conveniently nearby. Overall, I highly recommend Piapia Hotel and will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!

after a nightmare visit to a previous hotel where we had to check out the same day, erna (i think that’s what her name was, she’s from romania) was the sweetest, most helpful and kind staff who made sure i had everything i needed after finding out what happened to us. also when finding out it was my birthday the next day, she planned balloons, chocolate and a cute note by my bed when we came back after cleaning! it made my day and i really appreciated the gesture. every single staff member was so friendly and helpful and i will definitely be returning. bathroom is beautiful with the use of rituals products (shampoo, shower gel and hand wash) which smelt divine, breakfast was lovely (could’ve been more variety but food was good quality anyways) and service was 100/10. location only 10 mins walk from metro station and bus station is right outside. i don’t normally leave reviews but i could not recommend this hotel enough and will be returning, thank you!

Piapia is a nice and cosy hotel in not the busiest part of Paris with lovely staff.

The only negative thing I noticed was dust that appears on shelves, on your phone or on your laptop when you leave it for more than ten minutes. In conclusion, I comprehend that the dust comes from turning on the air-conditioner. I recommend Hotel refer to a professional “air-conditioner cleaners” at least once a year.

A great little hotel. The rooms were small but perfectly adequate for a few days stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had an excellent shower and plenty of hot water. Despite what others have said, we found the breakfasts to be great. The coffee was particularly good as was the selection of food available. The breakfast room staff were especially deserving of praise for keeping the food well stocked and the room spotless. We found the location excellent with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the metro and tram lines within 5 minutes walk. To get to the hotel from Gare de Nord was easy, due south on RER line D then a few stops on the metro, took about 30 - 40 mins total.

I liked the hotel's interior design and the amability of the staff. The hotel was clean, tidy and the bed super comfortable. I like the breakfast coffee, light and smoothy.

The location is a bit far from every turist spot, unless you want to pay less or it's just an overnight stay although the price for one night is not even that cheap. It is not in the centre. The individual room was really small. I know it is for one person, but the toilette was very tiny, someone with long legs or a bit heavy, wouldnt fit in. There was little variety in the breakfast buffet, two types of mini breads, bacon/scrambled eggs, mini croissants/pan du chocolate, a bit of cheese, cold meat... However, there is free coffee and water available any time of the day.

We loved our stay at PiaPia. Check-in was efficient, the decor was great and the room was clean, comfy and beautifully decorated. The shower in particular was great! The hotel is in a brilliant location very close to a metro (which is a good line for reaching central Paris in 20 mins). The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to treat my friend for her birthday with a plate of delicious macarons left in our room.

The twin beds were quite narrow - there wasn’t really room to roll over! Also we felt the breakfast was quite pricey so decided not to eat in the hotel (although it looked nice from what we saw!).

Hotel pia pia was exceptional. Extremely clean and room was comfortable. Hotel was very well situated. Only a very short walk to metro. Breakfast was lovely and coffee machine available at all hours was great. Staff very accomodating. All in all a lovely stay. We will return.

All we can say as a negative was the room was quite small and not enough hanging space for clothes. Room we had was on a road side which got a bit noisy in the early hours, had to shut the window.

The hotel is clean and situated close to a metro stop even if it is in an uninspiring location. The staff were friendly and helpful and I liked the free coffee in the lobby. The hotel room was big for Paris (i.e I could walk around the bed).

Some of the decor wasn't to my taste and the finishings were not of a great standard - they are not likely to stay the distance (already peeling away in the lift). It is an unusual layout with two adjoining buildings which don't interconnect and the bed was a little on the hard side. Overall it was a good stay though.

All the staff we met are amazingly friendly and accomodating. We had a free room upgrade which we didn't expect at all... but of course grateful about. The room is spacious, smells amazing and immaculately clean. Also, another good thing is the hotel's location. It's just a few minutes away from metro and local buses and surrounded by shops and restaurants nearby. If ever we'll go back to Paris, we'll definitely stay here again.
