I stayed here before flying out for a week. The room was spacious and clean and the desk staff was kind and courteous. I was able to leave my car parked at the hotel for a fee (also felt safe leaving it there because they have a security guard there). Upon returning, I found out the shuttle was just in a wreck and had to be towed so I had to use an Uber to get back to the hotel to retrieve my car but the manager didn't charge me the parking fee to compensate for my trouble. I would stay here again.

My room didn't have a hair dryer.

I didn't like the choices that the hotel had for breakfast and I didn't like didn't have a lot of utensils to use in the room and also extra face towels they didn't put enough in the room and I asked me for towels they didn't have any face towels she bought me hand towels back but other than that everything was good

Very comfortable beds and well maintained, good choice of breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Didn’t have room available which initially booked, however manager stated that was down to booking.com and not the hotel.

I enjoyed the breakfast. When housekeeping was available, they did a good job making sure the room was clean. The staff was friendly, especially the late evening check in staff.

I didn't like there was no staff on weekends to clean your room. I saw a Roach crawling on the nightstand. This should warrant the facility to have a weekend clean-up staff.

Breakfast selection was good and the location was great as well.

Had issues with the bathroom toilet at check in. The manager was able to accomodate us the next day which was very helpful. Not sure if the pool was open, but it did not look clean for swimming.

In addition to free breakfast there was also free “snack” dinners, (burgers, chicken fajitas, chili, etc.) from Monday to Wednesday, free laundry machines, great management and staff and the hotel gym was always clean. Moreover, the rooms have a kitchenette fully stock with utensils, pots, pans, etc. and detergent for the washing machine.

Cleaning was great just that sometimes the room wasn’t fully restock with shampoo, tissue paper, paper towels, etc.

Breakfast was awesome. The staff in the front desk where very family. I will come back to his place.

The only thing I didn’t like is when I got to my room the thermostat wasn’t work in. And it was very hot in there but they got it fixed the next morning.

Fantastic breakfast, have varieties to choose from. Very delicious.

Noticed some jewelries and clothing bought from stores missing, janitors/room cleaners suspected.

There was sufficient parking with multiple accesible entrances. The airport shuttle ran all day and you could sign up for an early morning pick up. There was a beautiful pool with outdoor seating area.

We stayed on the 1st floor, our room overlooked the seating area of the pool and they were a bit rowdy but it wasn’t too bad. I like my windows open to get some natural light.

the sink in bathroom drained a little slow. I had to ask for face cloths everyday after requesting them in my booking.
