The room was comfortable, the chairs are usually un comfortable, we both said these are the most comfortable we've had in a long time! We go on a trip every month for three days, just to enjoy each other. We most always stay at a hampton inn. we are booked at a HI in brooksville in august can't wait!

Despite property being under refurbishment, our room was one of those recently refurbished so was very clean with the new feeling. Breakfast was ok only.

Location a bit far from main places to eat without crossing dangerous road (or having to walk an extra mile to the footbridge).

For booking a room last minute, on a Sunday night on Labor Day weekend it was great. We ended up with the last room which was older and needs some TLC. Like the towel rack on the wall in the bathroom was coming out of the wall and the AC was older. But it was very clean, not like old smelly hotel room. Great value especially for a last minute thing at 8 p.m. a night. Paid the $4.95 for the WiFi but it never worked. :(

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility was conveniently located to everything. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. My grandchildren and I enjoyed the pool and liked the jacuzzi.

Our mini-fridge didn't have a freezer section so I had to store our ice packs in a freezer that only the employees had access to, which necessitated my having to ask them to retrieve them on several occassions. This was inconvenient for your employees and for me. But they were very nice about it.

Location, breakfast included

Beds weren't the most comfortable but ok. The a/c in our room didn't ever reach the temperature we set it to so it felt quite warm the 2 nights we stayed. There also isn't enough seating area for the breakfast for the size of the hotel and amount of people that were there.

Breakfast was hot and flavorful. The breakfast setup was accessible. The breakfast had a satisfying array of food. The coffee was hot and fresh. The breakfast area was clean all utensils and plates were available. I definitely stay there again

Very clean. Pool clean and very warm.

Entire inside under remodeling construction including lobby and breakfast area. Not a complaint, that has to happen from time-to- time and is a good thing, still a bit annoying.

The location is great, rooms were comfortable and facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good.

The location is great except for when leaving and having to make a left from the Venetia Blvd with no traffic light.

Location was perfect. Traveled to see family in the hospital. It couldn't have been better. We would most definitely stay there again.

We got corner room which was nice and quiet. Some views. We had great time staying there. Kids love it. Good Breakfast. Nice Pool. We forgot stuffs there not yet back to pick it up yet. :D There was a restaurant near by very delicious. Location seemed to close to many places we plan to go for the day.
