Perfect location, just 5 minutes walk to the old town. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Bus/tram stops are short walk away. Room is big with very comfortable bed. Breakfast is great. Bus stop of Bus #175 to/from airport is only 4 minutes walk - it's a very cheap option compared to taking a taxi or uber.

I especially liked the location of the hotel next to the Old Town on the picturesque street Krakivske peredmistia Modern rooms, modern elevators. A variety of dishes for breakfast and caring staff.

On the 4th floor, in the corridor on the way from the elevator to the room, you need to use additional stairs down and up, which makes it very difficult to move with heavy suitcases.

The staff was amazing! I had requested some special photos printed in the room for a birthday surprise and the staff went above and beyond to create this awesome memory for us! Couldn't be more pleased with their help!

The breakfast was not impressive. Perhaps it was just a bad day; but with 1:30 hours before the end of the breakfast and almost half of the things were finished (some got refilled after some time and others not at all). In general we had to wait for quite a while to be served some of the things. In addition, the jacuzzi included in the spa was not functioning as it should.

The location is incredible. So close to the old town. The bed at first seemed hard, but was actually very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, although the toilet seemed to be at small child height. There are lots of cafes and restaurants close by.

There wasn’t really anywhere to put your bags if you wanted to access things in them. That’s my fault though for not paying more attention to room size. I was on the 2nd floor and between the lift and my room there were 4 steps, which isn’t easy when you have a heavy suitcase. A small thing really.

The most important thing is that the beds were very comfortable. That is always my number one priority when I travel. The staff was also helpful. And I love the location in old town. Perfect.

1 there were no chairs in the room if you wanted to sit at the desk, just a block which cannot support your back. 2. The hot water would run out. 3. I could not open my windows or shades unless I crawled on my bed to get there. I am elderly and just had a broken leg. This was difficult. 4. The coffee machine at breakfast was often not working. 5. A spa should give pedicures and manicures. 6. When the staff would come to clean the room, very few things were done. I never got new towels in one week, garbage was not emptied, it just didn’t seem like it was really cleaned well.

Staff was really nice at desk, cleaning and in dining room. Location was ideal-steps to the huge plaza/castle/Old Town entrance in one direction. Steps to the Presidential Palace in the other. Breakfast included the following daily: some kind of eggs, hot meats, pancake, asian noodle & veggie dish. Perhaps 7+ kinds of breads and pastries, plain & 3+ flavored yogurts, 3+ kinds of fruit cereals, deli tray, 3 kinds of green salad, caprese salad, cappuccino machine, juices etc.

Our room was small but designed so we could move around adequately. One of three mornings they were a low on fruit and deli tray. We were earlier than other mornings so I wondered if thy have a set time mid-morning that thy re-stock everything. There was so much other food I didn’t ask staff.

I really liked that all stuff in the room i carefully organized up to smallest details. There is ironing desk with iron, hairdryer, shaving kit, tissues, cosmetic pads. There is all you need. Also room small, but well organised. Enough place for clothes and other things. Perfect beds, clean bedding and towels. Beautiful design. Additional heating if needed. There is sauna and jacuzzi, but I didn't try. Tasty breakfast.

Water, could be bottled as looks strange. Breakfast, not enough places for all guests, queues.

Jess hotel and spa is an amazing hotel, Very friendly staff and the rooms are very clean to a high standard! The hotel is very modern looking with very comfortable beds. The WiFi was brilliant never lost connection. The Spa is brilliant you can use it between 9am & 9pm and can be used as many times as you like! The Breakfast was fantastic with a very wide range of food, Something for everyone and is help yourself as much as you want! Breakfast is 7am till 10am. Then the restaurant is open for the rest of day for residents or the public. The Hotel is in the heart of Old Town Warsaw, You walk out the door and everything is on your door stop. The Hotel has city views and has a 24 hour reception, I checked out at 2.30am and the man on the desk was very well mannered he got me a taxi to the airport, The staff can not do enough for you. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Nothing the hotel was just perfect I didn't want to leave.

I was thinking about this hotel should I book or no because I read a lot of bad reviews here but I decided since the hotel is in center of old town.Definitely we didn’t regret it.Everything was really beyond expectations.Great service everywhere from front desk,restaurant,house keeping…everybody helpful and kind :) Room was very clean and cozy. Really we enjoyed and definitely will return back :)

The people were amazing. Glad to see you, welcoming and helpful. I love being able to open my window and have fresh air. The shower! I could have stood in there for days. The restaurant was Excellent! Room service, fantastic!

I loved the property. I would like to note that Americans do not like smaller rooms and bathrooms. This is not the hotel for BIG. I don’t mind stairs. And like the comfort of smaller. Remember this is a boutique hotel. Not a chain. As an EU traveler, it is great.
