Lovely place, friendly and attentive staff. Very comfy beds and room was spacious. Great location and good food options.

Our room was lovely but it definitely was not great when it comes To location in the hotel - it was looking out on an inner courtyard (so no view which is kind of the point of staying there too - I may have been anywhere in Poland didn’t feel like Warsaw), no natural sunlight at any point of the day. We have politely asked to look into relocating us for any of the nights but with no luck I appreciate that hotel is international but lack of Polish speaking staff in a Polish based hotel Is a bit odd and unusual and I didn’t feel like I could communicate very well all the time

Loved everything about the room. Service and personnel excellent. We were not there long enough to experience what i'm sure is delicious food in your restaurant. Lobby and flowers exquisite, loved the orchids, especially the color scheme. The hotel certainly lived up to our expectations and more. Beautiful Hotel in a great location. Staff are very professional, competent, and friendly. Had booked a Classic Room, got an upgrade to an Executive room and a bottle of bubbles as it was our anniversary. Spacious room, comfy bed, great shower. Travelled in off peak season, so it was very good value for money. We did not have any food here, but Pool, Spa and Lane's Gin Bar were all great. Would highly recommend a stay here, and hopefully we'll return again some day.

Location is ideally spot on and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

unfortunately my room was located beside/next to the housekeeping room, it was a little 'noisy'. The hotel could look into installing some USB cable in the rooms. This is particularly useful with current high technology era when everyone is carrying their laptop, iPad, mobiles & other gadgets during their overseas holidays.

The hotel is located on one of the best spots if you want to visit the old town. Upon our arrival, we were helped by the lovely staff with our luggage. Our room was unfortunately not available right away as we arrived earlier, so the team safe kept out luggage while we went for our tour of Warsaw. When we came back, we were recognised right away with the team asking how was the visit and noticing we came back later than we said, which made us feel really valued. the room itself was generous size, with a view on the street. The bathroom was really pleasant and the bed one of the comfiest I have slept in! The team left some bubbly in our room as we mentioned on our booking that it was our anniversary and a lovely handwritten note to wish us a good stay. All in the finest details! The breakfast is exceptional, plenty to chose from the buffet and also a menu were you get minute cooked food to your taste. The hotel itself has very fine facilities, nothing feels outdated. The Decor is fantastic and with great taste. Kudos to the team at the door particularly, as they really make you feel as a valued guest! We also got to try their spa facility. Again, the staff is super attentive! The receptionist took the time to show us around all the facilities, which was greatly appreciated. The whole stay was memorable and pleasurable! We will definitely be back !

The location of Hotel Bristol was perfect for walking through to the Old Town and also for seeing many of the sights. Breakfast was both buffet and menu items, dairy and non-dairy options. The building itself was beautifully decorated, clean and the rooms clean and well serviced by housekeeping. I cannot think of anything negative about the hotel.

The hotel really is 5 star. It has luxury all the way. From the amenities of the room, the comfort, the level of service during breakfast which had quality products. It is located at the center of Warsaw. It also had a pool that we did not manage to visit.

Breakfast could have more choices. A plug inside closet was broken and was hanging and also the bathroom door had 7-8 holes maybe from screws that were not covered.

Quite an accommodating crew at the reception desk at the time of my check-in - they went above and beyond to find a quiet room for me. I also liked the general vibe of the hotel as well furnishings/decor.

There was too much light in the room at night - coming from the corridor through the gap in the door, gaps in the curtains (the presidential palace next door is full of light and the sun rises in Poland quite early), plus from electrical appliances and AC. The room was not ACed well before my arrival and quite warm at night. For sensitive sleepers recommend to AC it well and proactively make sure the light doesn’t not bother you at night. The bed, duvet and pillows could be more comfortable.

Breakfast had everything you could possibly want plus more. Breakfast room light and airy.staff as always excellent. My room was lovely,with all the expected amenities plus an additional air of comfort and relaxation. Dinner in the restaurant was a pleasure,lots of lovely things to eat,great service. The reception staff, front door were a great help and always very jolly

stayed for 2 nights and it was just perfect. staff was lovely/helpful every time. sleeping top quality. we had half board so our belly was in heaven. so many options to choose from for breakfast. u have everything there. good we had two days so u try other things next morning 🥳 same for dinner. waiters did a great job serving and chatting with us. spa facilities top and architecture inside/outside is outstanding. beautiful space. probably the nicest stay in a hotel ever. thanks guys 🥳👏
