1 BR apartment- perfect stay. Loved the extra space, it was clean, check in friendly. We brought our own food but there are a few types of meals you can buy there to heat up. Loved how well stocked the kitchen was with all you needed - the bathroom was huge and the shower had amazing pressure. Yes planes and trucks go by but the bedroom is in an interior room which means you can’t hear a thing in it. I wish I’d brought binoculars so to identify the planes going by. I will definitely stay there again. Great choice.

Towels were a little thin and the coffee van out the front played loud music from 6-6.30am

I've never stayed at an apartment hotel. I was pleasantly surprised, although I had to bring my own little Nespresso machine as one isn't provided. That is probably more to do with the budget aspect and location. But comparing it to my last stay at a suite at Crown Towers Melbourne, I'll head to Quest Melbourne Airport every time. Oh, and if you need any last-minute self-catering supplies, they can be ordered and delivered.

I realised there wasn't a vista to appreciate, but a clean window wouldn't have gone astray. I immediately and for the duration of my stay had both curtains pulled back. At least sitting at the desk, I had a view of the sky; it was just through dirty glass. Again, I'd stay when I need to again with no hesitation.

Its location was good as our rental car was to be returned just across the road. Just a few minutes from the airport. Plenty of food options a short drive away.

No restaurant at the hotel so we needed to drive to one. Without a car one would be forced to rely on deliveries. Also, although there was an airport shuttle, it was not made clear to us that it had to be booked at reception. It is not a regular half-hour shuttle. A cold wait with all our luggage outside after some incorrect advice caused some anxiety about our flight. However the staff did help us when they realised, and we got to the airport in time.

So clean! Great little kitchen. Helpful staff. Lovely reception area with newspapers. It all looked so basic and clinical when. I walked in, almost like an office building, and I was initially surprised that it did not seem very residential or hotel-like. But wow my first impression was so wrong! It was so very welcoming once I got past the doorway and stopped focusing on the quite industrial/office-like carpet. The reception staff were so lovely. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept like a log. The room was quiet and dark. I also loved the little stereo system.

It was not easy to get a decent takeaway meal. That was because of the location, not anything to do with the Quest itself. I ended up ordering a yucky pizza on Ubereats and a chocolate mousse. Not great! But reception had alcohol so I washed it down with a pear cider which was reasonably priced and delicious.

Close to the airport with a free shuttle bus available upon request. Rooms was clean, tidy and extremely comfortable. Food options available for delivery & microwave meals available to purchase. Late check out at 11am instead of 10am was accommodated when requested. Staff were extremely courteous & helpful.

Location was a little remote and not close to any food or drink facilities (ie: restaurants, convenience stores) which is problematic when travelling without own transport. Range of of alcohol provided was quite costly and not of very good quality. Limited microwave meals available at check in time of 5.30pm (ie: fridge had not been restocked)

The size of the room was perfect for our overnight stay. Love that the room is fully self-contained. Liked being on the ground floor for easy access. Like the self-service, aspect of the hotel for after-hours eats. Reception staff very helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy.

Our stay on this occasion meant we needed to leave the hotel by 4am to catch our early flight from Melbourne airport. Despite reception staff booking a taxi for us to arrive at 3.45am, I was forced to make another call and organise another taxi. We weren't picked up until 4.15am. The hotel does have a courtesy bus, but because the Monday was a public holiday, the courtesy bus was not operating. Public holiday or not, the courtesy bus should be operating, particularly if visitors need to catch a flight in the early hours and not rely on taxis or ubers.

It's conveniently close to Tullamarine and we are able to leave our car overnight. The rooms are spacious and there are some with balconies even though we haven't had a balcony one yet. Maybe next time. The staff have been very good on both occasions we have stayed. We will continue to stay here when travelling from Tullamarine.

When we arrived there was wifi maintenance work happening and the wi-fi was not connected. We missed a couple of work emails during this time and two calls from our family trying to arrange dinner. The hotel apologised and fixed the problem by the time we returned after dinner. Even though we reported that one of the phones didn't work in the room - landline - it was not fixed during our stay.

I had a 15 hour layover in Melbourne following 2 long haul flights returning from Europe. I just needed a place to sleep before my next flight, and didn't get to fully appreciate or utilize the serviced apartment I was in. The bed and pillows were like a cloud, and the shower had wonderful pressure and hot water. I was able to utilize the free shuttle to return to the airport after checkout, which was very handy.

I arrived after midnight after a long haul flight. I had been communicating with the property prior to my arrival as reception would be closed. I was told that I would receive instructions via email on how to access the property, but did not receive these instructions. Fortunately, there is a night manager on duty who was able to provide me with the access code to enter the building and my room.

The young girl on Reception was great, the bus driver was fantastic, all were friendly and courteous. The bus driver was very knowledgeable and interesting in his small talk and information. All in all it was one of or the best stays. Mostly the closeness to the airport and distance away was great, and although I didn't really need much, when I did they all made it happen.

It's not your fault, but there aren't enough choices of food places close by to walk too. But that will happen in time.

Two words that jump to mind are convenient and comfortable. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a microwave and knives and fork and kitchenware supplied. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and happy to give suggestions for somewhere to dine. It was lovely to receive some recognition for our anniversary, with the staff supplying some bubbles as congratulations. 🥂🍾 ❤️

This accommodation would be perfect if there was a restaurant or bar that served meals. 🍔🍕🍲🥘🥣🍻🍷🍹🧋
