We liked the room, although a bit sparse. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the road noise early in the morning could be blocked out a bit more with a second set of double glazing. The T.V. was a good size, but the sound was fuzzy, as if the speaker was damaged or loose. Otherwise, the staff were great, parking for my large SUV was good and secluded and best of all our evening meal was served promptly after ordering and was cooked perfectly and the beer was cold!

Very clean and more then accommodating, even with flights delayed and so late checking in we were offered something to eat and drink, just a toastie but was the best toastie we had after nearly 12 hours that’s for sure

Look for what we paid it was great, only suggestions really not complaints, Maybe a phone in the room to make it easier for the not so tech savvy ppl to order room service ect and honestly if I’m being picky 2 milks in the fridge instead of 1

The room was huge, spacious and clean environment bathroom enormous.

Change to proper queen bed mattress not push 2 singles together doesn't work very uncomfortable.Noisy close to the road, bit out of our country home. The beds were uncomfortable and moved whenever you moved. Second ensuite needed in a 2 bedroom apartment. And another TV.

Room was very clean. Nice and comfy double bed. The food from the bistro was pretty good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free carpark at the back. Free drinks from bar or coffee which was a nice bonus.

There was a bit of food smell in the hall where rooms located, probably from kitchen. The coffee wasn't that good. It'd be good to hire proper barista or train the current staff.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room exceeded my expectations. We were given each a free drink on our arrival. We enjoyed the 10% discount on our meals at the hotel. We stayed in room 17 with 2 families, there was heaps of room and kitchen was well equipped.

Love the service by staffs and also the accommodation itself.

Didn’t like the fact that there were rubbish left behind when we arrive to our room there was a empty box of pizza underneath the chair (couch) and a lot of chips and biscuits (crumbs) also underneath the lounge and the cushions and saw 3 small bugs also underneath the cushion which was very disgusting and Coffee mugs weren’t washed probably it’s stained inside the mugs (white cups) so we couldn’t make ourselves a hot tea had to end up buying plastic coffee cups and teaspoon also not washed probably it was very unpleasant. The cleaners needs to do a better job at cleaning or atleast check everything before the next guest arrives.

heaters could be within every room, more reverse cycle. electric blankets maybe? Floor mats for bathrooms. need floor mats as floor was tiled and slightly slippery.

Friendly staff and the room was nice and clean. Also loved that the hotel was attached to a pub, which made it a great option for dinner with our kids after a long drive from Adelaide. The pub had a play area for the kids to. Very family friendly.

Hotel in the outskirts of Melbourne, free parking. The room had all comforts, and was excellent for a one night stay. Complimentary simple breakfast in the room offered. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were very clean. Not very noisy either despite position close to main road and the airport.

We Loved the room and the cleanliness of the entire establishment. Staff were super friendly. The Wi Fi connection did not work, but they helped install the pub one, many thanks. We also had dinner in the dining room. Absolutley delicious and top class, our complements to the new chef!!

Perhaps the parking closer to the room?? Dont know if there was more parking elsewhere. Will need a larger space next time we come up as we will also have a 22ft caravan attached to vehicle, a total of 30 ft required, A designated smoking area outside where I can sit would be nice, I use a walker and walking stick to get around.
