Location is nice. The appartment was stylish, quite new, with clean white linen, good beds, not too small as expexted in paris. This size of appartment was ok for us to stay for a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers 1 child) as beds were king size.

As booking.com advices not to follow links, not to give personally payment information to the host, I was confused when the object asked to download my ID photo, selfie with ID and card details for preauthorisation. This should be better mentioned in TERMS, as I would prefer to avoid this, as I dont know 100% that the object owner is a trusted entity. There is no reception or any manager on site to ask your questions, pay or show your ID, so guests have to fill all the info online and get the qr-code key to open the entrance door and the appartment itself.

The apartment was a good size and very clean. Everything you could possibly need was available. The kitchen was well-stocked. The only thing we had to buy was a pint of milk. Such a great location and everything is on the doorstep. Really close to Metro stations and short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Good comfy beds. We had a rainfall shower, a bath and separate toilet. The whole property was very secure and it felt really safe.

Nothing really but more ‘need to know’ about payment. Booking.com give you the correct price for the property and you pay two payments before you get there. I was a bit apprehensive as I was not sure how secure the payments were as they both came separately and from different sources. Of course everything was fine. The first payment was for the stay at the property (which is slightly less than what Booking.com say) then the second payment was a holding deposit and taxes-this payment is refunded minus the taxes. So all in all you pay the correct amount that booking.com say. I know this sounds a bit silly but this was the only thing I was worried about as I both payments were taken from different sources.

Excellent central location, close to the Eiffel tower, many eating places, subway station (La Tour-Maubourg), bakeries, bus stop. Excellent contactless and very efficient check-in experience. We were sent the QR code to access the apartment the day before arrival by email. This was used to get us into the luggage room in the basement before the actual room was available at around 4:00 PM. This worked perfectly and there were no issues. The hospitality team were extremely efficient and responsive to every request using the messaging app on booking.com, really appreciate their help in making our stay enjoyable and stress free. Beds were comfortable including the convertible sofa bed with enough pillows. Small 2kg washer and dryer which worked well for our stay (each cycle runs for around 6 hours but does wash and dry the clothes well). Small but efficient kitchen though may not be ideal if you plan to cook much. Small but efficient diswasher but may not be ideal if you plan to cook much. Would be nice to have a towel hanger in the small toilet with the tiny sink.

Cant think of anything that we did not like. The small kitchen could be an issue for families wanting to cook as there is not much space and things could get messy with the cleaning, light cooking should be ok.

Location, quiet, the style of the apt and the site manager, Racheal was awesome and helpful.

Prior to our arrival someone likely stepped in dog poop or there was a dog there who pooped. The smell of poop was everywhere, also the matt on our landing was likely embedded with it, which required us to clean the entrance floor every time we entered the apt. It rained the falling day, which helped but the smell was there a good portion of our stay. Also, our friends apt next to us had ants and a shower drain that didn’t drain well and cause a smell. Finally, better lighting over the bathroom mirror is really needed.

the location is perfect, very central but not overcrowded, lots of wonderful restaurants and cafes around, ideal for Tour Eiffel, Les Invalides, Musee Rodin, Musee d'Orsay, L'Orangerie and many other places of interest. rue de grenelle and rue de st dominique are ideal to shop for french delicacies. the apartment was on the ground floor, plenty of space, very private, quiet, not disturbed but any street noise, lots of space modern amenities, attractive contemporary design, two bathrooms, very warm, we really enjoyed our stay there

perhaps the only thing is the dark bathroom sinks, they are difficult to keep clean, but that is a style choice, mental note for ourselves not to use dark marble for our home bathrooms

Absolutely love the my maison Paris, it really feels like home. All the staff is absolutely wonderful.

The decorations and the amenities in the hotel the way they organize each little apartment. It is so comfortable very good taste.

Everything was perfect, spotless, spacious, elegantly furnished and very comfortable.

A little cheeky but replenishment of coffee pods and tea would have been a very nice touch. A safety deposit of €500 is understandable but it came as a bit of a surprise. Might need to be communicated better before the booking confirmation.

We really loved our little apartment. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable and really beautifully decorated – the whole building looks like it’s been very thoughtfully renovated in an Art Deco style. The location was excellent too – we came on the Eurostar and it only took about 30 minutes on the Métro from the Gare du Nord to La Tour-Maubourg which is only about 5 minutes’ walk away. The apartment’s also only a minute’s walk from the shops and restaurants on Rue Cler and about 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The QR code to get in! It sometimes took ages to work and we saw other guests struggling with it too. It would’ve been a nightmare if it had been raining and both you and your ‘phone had been getting wet while it refused to work, or – even worse, if you lose your ‘phone or the battery dies, how do you get in, or contact anyone to tell them you’re locked out? Please – just a simple keypad with a code to punch in and no reliance on your ‘phone. A few hooks by the door for our coats would have been lovely, as would a rail or hook for the towel in the toilet. Thank you!

The apartment, though very compact (this is central Paris after all!), was extremely clean and newly and attractively furnished. It is one unit among many in a nicely designed building. The owner has automated much of the check in process and management, but we found a very pleasant young woman on staff who has an office on the premises and was very helpful in addressing any questions we had. We had no problem with the QR code entry system and after contacting management, were able to leave our luggage on the last day of our stay for later pick-up. Communications by email received very rapid responses from the management. The neighborhood of the apartment was perfect - situated roughly between the Eiffel Tower and Invalides (Napolean's tomb). The neighborhood is quiet, with many families residing there, lots of food options, quick access to the Metro and also walkable distance to the Louvre and other museums/locations of interest.

Aside from a little more space ;) we had only a few nitpicky issues. We enjoy eating in after a long day of touring and found the dinner plates were too large to fit into the tiny dishwasher. Would have appreciated some instructions on how to operate the dishwasher and clothes washer also.

My partner and I have been lucky enough to travel all over the world and we both agree this is by far one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. The building is STUNNING. Opened in April 2022 so everything feels new. The staff were lovely. Incredibly kind and their English was impeccable (apologies for our poor French). Our apartment was... like out of a movie. We were on the 4th floor and had one of the longest balconies that I saw in Paris and with a insane view of the Eiffel Tower. The bed although a double felt spacious and SO comfy. Great rainfall shower. Kitchen stocked with cutlery and plates and pans. Aircon (perfect and hard to find in Paris for the summer) worked so well. Location is INSANE. Not only close walking distance to practically everything you pay to go to Paris for, but also close to an incredible market street for coffee, smoothies, cheese, wine, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, cocktails, chocolate - the lot. We cannot wait to come back. Massive thank you to the My Maison In staff for making our stay so incredible.

That I couldn't move into this perfect place. Miss it already.
