The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing a welcome drink in the fridge along with complimentary cava. The coffee capsules were exceptional. Both the room and the apartment are beautifully designed, and the location is perfect. The cleanliness was impressive, and we loved having a fully equipped kitchen—it was so convenient. The Seville-scented shower gels added a unique touch. This place is close to all major tourist attractions, so we didn’t need public transportation at all; we could walk everywhere!

The customer service experience varies depending on who responds, as you might receive different answers. However, the host stands out for being exceptionally kind, consistently helpful, and always offering the best recommendations.

Apartment was beautiful and airy. Lovely high ceilings and air con was great when needing a break from the Seville heat! Beds and pillows were so comfortable, we slept so well. Fresh towels available daily. Apartment had everything you needed. Location was fabulous a short stroll to shops, restaurants, bars. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. No hassle to order taxis for us for our return trip to the airport. Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Seville!

We had difficulty with the original door code, but the host changed this for us and it worked perfectly. Shower didn't drain too well so ended up flooding a little

I was fairly interested how neat and tidy the room was. Pretty interesting location, it was really close by to all the attraction sites we visited. This is an amazing location! The room was massive, the entrance to the rooms looks super neat! I was really interested in the location, how prompt the receptionist was via whatsapp as there wasn't a receptionist desk on-site.

I would have appreciated if the bedding was changed daily. We stayed 3N 4D, however, our bedding was changed for only 1 day. The sheets were set up cleanly and tidy, however, they were not replaced. It was the same sheets which we slept on. I was also a bit disappointed that a bottle of water offered was not a sealed bottle. It was a normal water in a bottle. The bottled water was not replaced on a daily basis. When I asked the receptionist (via whatsapp), I was informed that a "complementary" bottle is only given on the first day. It is not given free of charge the remaining days.

We loved Apt 203 Inner Courtyard suite, it was so quiet it was perfect for a great sleep after a day of exploring Seville. The location is fantastic. 7 minutes walk to Setas. 15 minutes to Plaza de Armas Bus Station. 20 minutes to the Cathedral & Alcazar. A brilliant Cafe over the road, a great selection of small local restaurants within 5 minutes. We absolutely loved it 🤩👏

A few finishes are starting to look a little tired and in need of repair, but this happens and in no way detracted from a well thought out space.

The location is great! Clean too. Natalia was extremely helpful and always available to answer any queries.

Only minor, not a big deal but will mention it so they can improve it. The coffee machine could not make coffee. It worked but probably needs descaling as only a few drops of coffee came out. Also, please replace the complimentary things daily, i.e tea bags

Loved everything about this place. The location, comfort, everything was great about our stay here. Although we had a bit of a glitch with internet, it was fixed as soon as they could and updated us. The host/service was in continuous touch and gave us recommendations and answered all concerns within a very short amount of time.

There was nothing to not like about this place. Only if there was parking, but that's an issue all over Sivelle.

The location of hotel is perfect, within the old town, with walking distance to almost all the important sites of interests of the city, it is easy to find stores, restaurants and bars around. The hotel is in a well refurbished and maintained historical house, the facilities are very convenient and new, the decorations are beautiful with local style, the rooms are quite spacious. It is using digital ways to do managements, which are very convenient. I really have a good stay in this hotel and enjoyed a nice holiday in Seville.

It is noisy during the night when cars passing by.

The location is in a quiet alley but very easy to get everywhere by foot. The whole building smells nice and just gives a calm feeling. The apartment is very spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Host is very responsive and helpful throughout the whole journey. Provide luggage storage as well.

No views of the city but there are nice mural drawings outside the window.

Everything! It was super comfortable, easy to enter and leave with keyless locks. The apt is well-designed, towels are large and super--absorbent. The kitchen allowed us to have our breakfast there. It's close to everything near the center. They have a Nespresso coffeemaker and provides capsules everyday. Everything's very modern in a historic building built by a famous sevillano architect.

Just some small things. They could have larger size coffee cups in the kitchen. Also one of the soap containers in the bathroom had a nozzle that broke off and was unusable.

beautiful property actually more beautiful than the photographs really lovely accommodation fabulous location the whatsapp “housekeeping/concierge” service is very fast and efficient. key pad entry so no messing about with checkin checkout rooms are cleaned and beds made daily and the housekeeping team are fabulous and friendly Sun terrace in the city is a real bonus for a quiet seat in the sun

it’s a fabulous old building so if you have a room facing into the stairwell it can be very noisy even though all guests are asked to be quiet between 10pm and 9am when there are guests coming and going at all hours and young children running up and down the stairs because of the very high ceilings and tiled floors it’s very noisy they could do with blackout blinds on the windows facing the stairwell as everytime someone comes in the very bright lights go on there is a terrace solarium on the third floor but you have to ask for the code
