The apartment was super spacious - we were actually surprised. It is nicely decorated and was pretty comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there was washing machine and dryer. There was a large supermarket min away from the apt which was extremely handy.

The check-in time is at 4pm, which is already on the late side, however, the room was delayed and we ended up getting in at 5pm, this was rather annoying. The location is questionable.... although it is only a short walk to the old town (10-15min on foot) and another 10min walk from the train station, the immediate surrounding area was not very safe. A lot of homeless people lying around and there was everywhere pee...

Good location to see everything. The bus routes were close, buses ran often, and we bought a 5 day bus pass at the Gare de Pallais train station which is very close. The beds were very comfy. It was great to have a full set of appliances including washer and dryer. There were enough dishes except cups (8 of everything else but only 4 cups). There was plenty of towels except hand towels (6 bath towels and washcloths but only 2 hand towels). There was plenty of soap. It was great to have a tea kettle - but it would be safer if it had a whistle or auto-off. It was hard to tell when it was boiling because it was quiet. It was nice to have a grocery and bus stops so close. Nice quiet air conditioning.

We would stay out of the nightclub zone (very noisy Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night late) and closer to the old city next time - it was a big walk up the hill - we were much happier when we got the bus passes. The screens kept popping out of the windows. The roller curtain in the room with the king bed stuck in the down position and never opened again. The knives needed sharpening. One cushion on the couch back was adjustable but the other wasn't working. No elevator - you should warn people! It would be really nice to have a clothes drying rack, and either a dresser or more hangers. We didn't know where to put full garbage bags - there were no instructions.

The location seemed great at first- lots of restaurants and a Metro grocery within a few minutes walk! Parking is $18 per day and is located one street over (3-4 minute walk from the apartment). We saw several syringes on the ground on the street with the parking lot. There were also several homeless people who appeared to be staying in the area. Things to know: If you plan to use the washer, bring or plan to buy detergent. The little bars of soap provided don’t lather well. Again, not a big issue, just plan to bring your own.

The apartment was wonderful and we really loved the stay here. 1. It was so spacious with great furniture. 2. Had a kitchen complete with essential utensils and new appliances (except the microwave). 3. The bathroom and bedroom were huge and clean. 4. Overall, the apartment was well maintained.

1. The building didn't have an elevator which was no where mentioned before. We had a lot of luggage and a baby in a stroller, so were shocked when we came in with all the luggage and found that we had to take the stairs. 2. The microwave wasn't working. When we reported it, nobody came to fix it. AT the end of the day, we had to call again to follow-up but we were told there is no one available to fix it. 3. The bathtub drain stopper didn't work, so couldn't get the water to fill in the tub.

We loved everything - the size of the rooms, the location, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom! Modern furniture and equipment. Our special gratitude for our hosts for a corkscrew which is not present usually! City centre is in 20 minute walk, so it's close but no crowds or noise outside. Nice place for a breakfast just outside.

Parking place was close but there were some strange persons nearby and we were a bit worried about the car, but everything was fine. We didn't like that the stuff requested to provide a credit card number before we arrived, but it was possible to provide a credit card upon arrival in person at another address (they have lofts in different places),so we used this option. I should not have stress about it like i did, because I will defenitely use this accomodations next time when we are in this fantastic city again!

The loft was clean and modern, bathrooms were nice. It was well equipped with what we needed. It was exactly how it was presented online. The extra sleeping area was great.

The bed was not comfortable and made noise everytime you moved. At this price point there should be tvs in the bedrooms. We had to share with our 13 and 15 yr old and it was tricky.

Very clean, bed comfortable. The assistant was quick in responding to our enquiries.

The street people in the alley woke us up several nights fighting and out of control on drugs. The code is sent so close to check in time makes one nervous. Would be helpful to have a few instructions, where do we put the garbage ?

We liked the location. The place was clean and the kitchen was stocked with utensils and cutlery.

We had trouble figuring out parking when we arrived as we weren't able to read the information on the parking meter. We called the number on the email from Les Lofts and they were very helpful.

Information about getting into the property was sent in advance, so no issues with getting in. The apartment was huge with everything you would need - oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc. Very clean and tidy. Five minute walk to the ViaRail station. Supermarket close by. Friendly neighbourhood with shops and cafes. 10/15 minutes walk to the historic quarter. Could not have asked for a better apartment.

the place was very clean and very comfy for us. We liked the beds a lot. We liked the proximity of the place to eateries as well. We would definitely wanna come back to the place.

The picture in the living room was nice, though it could have been a different image, something more generic. Just that, everything else was great.
