The apartment was spotlessly clean, loved the facilities including a huge cooker/oven and great selection of cookware. Loved having a washer & dryer available. It was a good downtown location without being in a busy, touristy area. Staff were lovely and helpful when we needed some boarding passes printed and in arranging an airport taxi for us.

Some little reading lamps in the bunk bed area would have been nice as well as some more storage areas for clothing (we were only 2 people in an apartment made for 4, if we had been 4 people it would have gotten very messy very quickly!).

We had a lovely loft that had everything we needed, was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. It was a great alternative to a regular hotel and was an easy walk away from downtown. We found inexpensive parking in an underground lot behind the hotel.

We received our check in details - door code - only at 2:00pm of the afternoon we arrived. Their policies state that you will receive it in the early afternoon of the check in day so perhaps this is normal but it felt very last minute with checkin at 4pm onwards.

Great location, easy to take bus and explore the city, also full of convenient options around - restaurants, grocery stores, drugstore, etc.

With the snow, we had to clean up the floor a couple of times during our stay, and didn't have the resources in the loft. While the property offers the machinery to do your own laundry, we had to buy laundry soap - it would be great to have it instead.

It was really a nice stay, clean well equipped, spacious loft.

We noticed wood insects at the bunk bed area.

It was a lovely looking place, the bed and sofa were really comfy and check in was really easy! It was a steep but short walk to the old town, but a short and completely flat walk from the train and bus station, so overall a great location.

We stayed in a studio apartment, which was a little noisy at night because of the fridge. The hotel didn’t provide any initial tea or coffee, or toiletries, unlike other similar places we’ve stayed.

The room was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. Walking distance to groceries stores and was nearby restaurants and cafes. Half an hour walk to major tourist attractions.

The room was really nice overall. However, one day we stayed in our room during day time, a staff entered the door code and entered our room without knocking nor announcing himself. That was a bit odd.

Everything was clean, stove and fridge in the apartment, all necessary utensils and pots available. The public parking at 5 min walk, very convenient and helped us a lot as we are new in the town and didn't want to locate the car in a wrong place.

The only thing I would suggest is to add some slippers like hotels usually do. The rest was perfect 👍🏻

Location is amazing! Walking distance to restaurants, fast food and stores. Very close to major hwys. Aquarium, val cartier villages 20min away. Super close to old quebec. Indoor parking near by for $10 a day. Apartments are absolutely beautiful and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped. It felt like a home away from home. We will book our March break there every year. Bonus: the washer machine was fabulous because we got to do our laundry before leaving :) Highly recommend this place!

We loved everything about our stay! The only "complaint" I have is that there is no shelf or place to put shampoo/soap in the shower so that was a huge pain but we managed.

Good location, within easy walking distance of the main railway station and also not far to reach the old parts of Québec. Good facilities, including washing machine and dryer. Lots of space and good service from the on site team.

The corridor from the lift to the room was a little dark, so we had to check carefully in case we had left a bag outside.

It’s a lovely apartment with 3 beds and perfect for family or friends travelers, the place is even bigger than I imagine, with a living room and kitchen. And the price is very reasonable!

We didn’t use the washing machine in the bathroom because we found a piece of clothes left by (probably) the last guests, so I think maybe cleaning needs to be more careful.
