Facilities are wonderful. Swimming pools are fantastic, clean and assorted. Staff are friendly and cooperative. Beaches are really wide, clean and amazing. Foods are delicious. Parking is very wide and well organised. Room is so luxurious, TV has loaded movies groups of all genres.

Restaurants aren't prepared well for top rush times of the seasons, foods refill is slow and can't treat large numbers of guests. AC is mild and not cold enough, room refrigerator also is of poor performance. The same issue of restaurants applys for reception services, large ques of guests are lining up just for simple check in and out, I waited for 30 mins for my bags to be down for me after check out.

-Very friendly and cheerful staff -Food is delicious (chiefs are cheerful and show care during meals) -Reception staff is very helpful and very good listeners -Concierge at the main door is very friendly during check-in and checkout -Pools are clean with plenty of spaces/chairs/shading even in busy days -Bonus teleferic trip was amazing. Best and longest trip ever for me (4.5KM length with 650M above sea level) -Staff at teleferic stations were super helpful, organized, and cheerful -Animation team is improving (thanks to Ibraheem and the DJ man "sorry I didn't know his name!") -Fire show was amazing! -The new area has somehow a closed beach with no rocks at all is amazing + pools for kids -Had some skin scratches from rocks in a wavy day and the beach guard has medical kit and was super helpful to me

-Kids area still needs some improvement (it is improved from last year but still could be better) -Restaurants are too busy in weekends (sometimes, we struggled to find a free table) -There should be an additional snacks or lunch included in the package at a reasonable cost as any extras are very expensive -The animation team apart from Ibraheem and the DJ man are not doing much effort to entertain the guests. One of them a young lady seems like she was forced to work in the team. She was inactive and barely smile or dance with the kids. She was just standing with the kids doing very slow movements and seemed carless about her job. This is not a personal opinion! All guests were whispering about her performance.

I liked mostly everything from the luxurious entrance experience, the room view, ALL the staff positive vibes and friendly attitude, they gave us the best experience that we deserve. One of my favorites is the beach! ⛱️ They got 3! Sandy beach and the direct pool lookalike access + swimming with the amazing colorful fish 🐠. We have seen dolphins 🐬 too! Special thanks to Ahmed Saeed the lovely housekeeping guy! We will come again for sure. One more thing, Breakfast is outstanding!

The restaurant mezza & grill "B Floor". I didn't like it. Because, the quality of food and the variety was different from the main restaurant "G Floor". Additionally, one of the staff asked us for a last order at 9:00 PM!! While we are having our dinner in an open buffet that should last until 10:00 PM. That's why the second day we headed to the main restaurant directly. One more thing. Please, you must have Egyptian soft drinks products like (V Cola, Spiro Spatis) as I am boycotting other brands.

So much chlorine in pool, There is no variety in food, Fridge in room is not working well so you can't keep your medications in it, Staff in reception during check in and out are not professional

As usual, I spent a very exiting and joyful time with my family in Tolip. What was good: 1. Great location 2. Amazing hotel 3. Cheerful/helpful staff 4. Always clean 5. Almost sandy beach 6. Warm and nice pools 7. Amazing views of sea and mountains 8. Very delicious food (special thanks to Chief Tamer who is really care about making guests happy. He is vey alerted to help other chiefs and to refill any food trays that are about to be empty) 9. Deserts are more delicious than usual with suitable variations 10. Underground parking area (help much with the very hot sun)

Of course there are some areas that need and could be improved: 1. Very poor kids area 2. Animation team below average (even my kids wanted to skip it!) 3. WIFI speed is terrible! 4. Snacks/drinks are very expensive and not attractive. (Juice around 50EGP, Cappuccino 50EGP, Hookah 125EGP, Pizza 120EGP). Please revisit this! 5. Management should do more care about regular maintenance of rooms. (bathroom accessories/towel hangers to be fixed probably, sink and shower are not blocked/clogged,...etc.)

Most of the staff were very helpful, I'd like to thank Mr Ahmed Eid from the reception as there was a little misunderstanding concerning our reservation but he helped us get things solved and made sure we had suitable rooms and were comfortable. The room is beautifully designed and spacious but the bathrooms weren't cleaned very well (there was a little mold in the shower). The Tv had a big variety of recent movies and series which was entertaining The pool was fine. The telephrique was amazing! Hotel residents got one free ticket. The deserts were exceptional, I'd like to thank the desert chef! I definitely will come back again.

The bathrooms in the room weren't very clean. The restaurant was a little crowded and there were even queues and some food items like cheese had someone from the hotel staff standing on it to hand it by themselves! I found it a bit irritating.

-The beach is really bad with too many rocks and very small area and we couldn’t enjoy it -There is no drinks at the dinner (only water and a juice) and they don’t provide hot drinks or any other options. -There are very limited stuff at restaurants to help you or to clean the tables after you finish. -You have to sign a separate paper for the kitchen utensils with numbers of everything which is strange.

We booked a chalet and a suite, both were very good and we enjoyed our stay. Half board was a part of the package and the food was good and plenty. The beach was a treat. Views were wonderful. We also used cable car included in the package and we enjoyed it very much.

I was asked to pay extra money by the receptionist at the property even after I paid through booking.com. The sum of the money was signficant and I explained that sometimes guests might not consider this amount before coming to the property. I urged them to be clear about the charges and add it to the package price displayed in booking.com. The hotel manager was polite and explained that this was not in his hand. Of note is the receptionist (I think her name was Nourhan) was not very cooperative and tried to say that I did not pay the full amount before coming (which is a lie).
