No heated pool and never tried to work on that improvement. The restaurant isn't working and you have to drive down to the main hotel. Don't forget to have a pool view room otherwise they will give you a mountain or market view. The way from parking to the hotel is inclined and not suitable for old people so you have to drop them and get back to the parking lot.

The view, stuff, and food

-The beach is dirty, no showers available on beach, very small area are allowed for hotel residents. - WI-FI is very bad in all areas even the lobby

The location was exceptional. The views from up there are magnificent, no other place has similar views of the sea, mountains and the pyramids of Porto. The staff was really helpful, especially Mr. Saleh from the restaurant, he was very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home. The quality of the breakfast was super, and there was a big variety. The place is very clean.

The hot weather, but they could not do anything about that. I guess more trees around the place will make the place a little bit cooler.

The Receptionist was very helpful (her name is Angel) . Although she was very busy at her work . She didn't hesitate to help me and my father with everything we need and responds to our calls any time of the day. All the staff were very helpful and diciplined

The entrance area need to be improved (there should be more signs for climbing the mountain to ensure safe arrival to the hotel ) The In and out of the hotel shouldn't be from the same place to avoid accidents The porter don't have a baggage car to hold the baggage which is very bad

Every morning they delivered a lovely breakfast to my room . There was a shuttle bus to the other hotel and plenty of restaurants around The couple of issues I had were resolved quickly and efficiently. My room was cleaned everyday and all the staff were super polite. The security guy and reception were very helpful and friendly. There is a cable car too at the hotel at 190 egp return which had spectacular skills. One of the managers gave me his number if I needed anything. A great service.

Nothing to worry about

Overall experience was good, the food was a bit disappointing and could definitely be improved. However, the excellent service and hospitality of the staff more than made up for it. The room had a beautiful sea view, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to Angel, who was incredibly welcoming and professional, making my stay much more pleasant. Despite the food, I would recommend Eljabal Hotel for its fantastic staff and stunning views.

The food

It's really calm and quiet and helps you to relax the closest place to have a refreshing break It's also really a great place for a couple gateway. The staff is extremely nice, flexible and helpful. Transportation to and from the hotel is really easy and m no extra money is paid for it. The food quality is great.

The Wifi is not working almost all the time The balcony and bathroom need little repairs.

Hospitality was so perfect 10/10. Breakfast oriental 100%. Transportation was so easy by the bus the hotel offers. Prices of the menu were very suitable for the service The view is optional by choosing between the sea or the mountain. "Tawfiq" the receptionist was so helpful and always there 24/7 and very kind. Highly recommended, especially these days.

Food takes time to be served ,so you need to order a bit early

The view was incredible. It was around 500 meters above sea level, and watching the sunrise was nothing short of fascinating. The food was excellent, although the quality dropped a little on the last day, it was great, and the chef was friendly. The beach and pool were super clean and kinda empty which is a nice bonus. However, when we first arrived on Friday, there were over a hundred people on the beach, and there wasn't a single place for us to stand, but that got way better after Friday. The staff was one of the best parts of the trip, giving us their absolute care and attention. A huge bonus and my personal highlight of the trip is that they have 4 small monkeys in a cage next to the hotel. playing with them and feeding them was the most entertaining thing I've done all trip.

The bathroom in the room we stayed in had a really bad smell that no one could fix or figure out where it was coming from. We ended up using scented sprays to cover it, but it wasn't ideal. The beach on the first day (Friday) was the worst beach experience ever due to the massive number of people there. There was an overall lack of transparency in the description of Booking. These things aren't necessarily bad, but still it's worth noting: - The hotel doesn't have a private beach, and the beach is a bit far from the hotel, but there is a free shuttle bus to take you to it. - At least in our experience, breakfast and lunch weren't served in the hotel, but in another hotel that you have to take the shuttle bus to reach.

No available transportation from hotel to other places. The hotel only have on shuttle bus available until 11:30 pm. Therefore, you have to have a private transportation if you want to spend your night outside.
