Pools are not heated This was a big issue and would make me think about coming again

Beach and restaurant staff were great. Nice facility and a sandy beach . Food is pretty good - lots of options at breakfast

Reception staff could use improvement - it’s a slow process and I wasn’t given basic info about the hotel at check-in

Food was great, although there was no many varieties. The beach and pool was far above my expectations. Staff was friendly and the room service is excellent. They changed the pool rules to accept burkini which is a great step.

Nothing! only there is allot of crows and they try to steal your food and stand on your umbrellas whenever it is possible.

Air conditioning was weak and a little bit noisy sometimes. I hope they can fix this Most beverages are 4 times the prices. I understand it's a touristic resort, but I expect to double the prices, not more And finally for the food really was great but I expect to see more healthy options than carbs next time I visit for breakfast and dinner

-frontline with good size of the beach but the sea is very shallow -big, deep swimming pool -friendly and helpful staff -nice food in the pool restaurant ( didn’t have time to try Italian or seafood restaurants),where we had lunch during 3days -shatafa in the room’s bathroom ( Egyptians will understand) -food in the main restaurant is ok. Definitely it’s not for 5stars but you won’t feel hungry

-we were unlucky to have during 2 days different team buildings and a few big groups of people ( hotel was booked 85-100%) which behavior and sound were very disturbing -animation team is very weak 3/10 -the main restaurant is really small when the hotel is fully booked and in the morning to have hot drinks in paper cups are unacceptable -as English/russian speakers didn’t find a single channel to watch

We received the room very early and the room was very clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. All the staff were kind and helpful and best of all, they smiled at anyone they met. The swimming pool was very nice and clean and the pool lifeguard was focused on his work because there was a situation in front of me. He took action and went into the pool quickly and saved a child from drowning without anyone informing him. The animation team was very smart and did things for the children, such as face painting and many games. Thank you very much to all the staff at Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel For your information, this is not my first vacation at this hotel. Every year I spend my summer vacation at this hotel Special thanks to the room service staff for their quick response when requesting anything from them and their wonderful work

The location was fantastic. But I do have to particularly praise the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. While the facilities were slightly outdated, the room was fine and two out of the 3 beds were comfortable. The view out of the balcony was breathtaking!

The facilities are a little outdated, and the hotel architecture looks a bit old. Plus, while I booked a triple room, the room we were provided had only two beds and the hotel had to get a third, portable bed for us (which unfortunately was not very comfortable).

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was superb, and the room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and the highlight was the amazing food served in the hotel.

However, during both check-in and check-out, the same receptionist didn't provide details about the room, Wi-Fi access, and seemed unprofessional. Moreover, the receptionist mentioned that we should be very happy with the hotel rate, which also seemed unprofessional. The same experience occurred during check-out; they didn't ask about our overall rating, and when I inquired about future reservations and managing them, they weren't very informative.

Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel Ain Elsokhna is a true sample of excellent hospitality. Extremely comfortable , very nice beach and nice swimming pools.The room was clean and comfortable Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everywhere you go you will be welcomed by the staff. I would like to thank the staff epically Ms. Caroline from guest relations. I had an amazing experience in your hotel. When I checked in and I got to my room I wasn’t satisfied with room view, I called  the guest relations to express my opinion, I spoke to Caroline , who handled the situation and represented Stella Di Mare  very professionally. We were moved to other room .Caroline  called me for follow up .I was amazed for Caroline premium customer service level and positive attitude, also i want to thank Mr. Yousof from front desk for nice his excellent customer service .Our room was prepared very nice and the all the supplies was provided , ,Not to forget, house keeping staff and bellmen outstanding performance , Thanks Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel for having such wonderful staff as part of your team.
