Beautiful apartment, only a minute walk from Pile Gate and close to all landmarks in Old Town. Nicely decorated and fully equipped with air con, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toiletries, towels, and more. Communication with Marko, who manages the property, was excellent - he was quick to reply to every query and request we had and he offered every service we needed during our stay, including valet parking and an airport transfer. He even allowed us to bring our dog and had a dog bed ready for us when we checked in. Couldn't fault the accommodation or service. Highly recommended!

It was quite noisy at night and in the early hours of the morning - thanks to the rowdy tourists outside - but we expected this given the apartment's central location. There was also construction going on next door during our stay, which wasn't ideal. Pillows were not so comfortable.

It is a big advantage to have an apartment in Dubrovnik, and this one was very comfortable. While we dined out in the evening, it was so good to have coffee, breakfast & lunch in the apartment & not have to compete with the many tourists who visit the old city during the day. The location is very convenient and the building is secure. The apartment was light and airy. It was fun to look down at the comings & goings on the Stradum. In early October, the city was busy but not completely over-run with people. With the windows closed & A/C on, we heard little or no noise from the street. It was very handy having a washing machine for clothes as well as a small dishwasher. Communication with Marco re arrival was very easy.

The coffee machine was a little temperamental (googled the manual to sort out a few issues). There was a minor leak in the shower recess (not a big problem).

Unbelievable location just inside pile gate on the main street. Apartment exactly as pictured and could not be more convenient for old town, right in one of the main blocks, with gelato and a bakery underneath you. Sofa bed is comfy, kitchen/lounge small but perfectly formed for a short stay. Bathroom is excellent. Aircon worked perfectly. Valet parking worked great, I have no idea how Marco gets through the traffic in such a short time to get the car back to you when needed (and be available at short notice for drop off) - he clearly possesses the ability to time travel 😅 Super short, flat, walk from parking drop off to apartment. 10/10 would stay again, you really feel like you are staying in history. Loved it.

We liked everything but two things to be aware of: Apartment on first floor so you do need to carry your luggage upstairs. The valet parking drop off was in the main bus stop/taxi area right at the gate - this is very convenient for the apartment (many in the old town are a long walk) but means you have to handover the car like an F1 racing pitstop 😅 be prepared with bags ready to go quickly. There is no time/space to suddenly start repacking things or debating what to leave in the car.

- location was perfect - host very nice, answering to all our questions - apartment fit for family - air conditioner did the job well - has a fridge and we could keep our liquids cold - nice bedroom bed - parking place - tap water drinkable

- price way too big for what it offers, if you place it anywhere else than Dubrovnik I would not pay more than 120 euro for it and yet we paid 360 euro - parking very expensive 40 euros - TV did not had cartoons channels and many channels were not working - the living bed not so comfortable - did not find the hair dryer even though it was there but not very easy to find - at night there was some loud noise because the apartment is near Stradun, I did not had any problem with that buy my wife did

The location was just fabulous. Right at the entry to Old town so ideal with luggage . We stayed on the 3rd floor so a little tricky with heavy bags . Would definately stay at the property again but on a lower floor . Our host Marco was lovely and happy to answer any questions we had about restaurants and things to do while staying in Dubrovnik . Would happily recommend to friends and family 👍

Our stay at Apartments Eleganca was amazing! The host was super helpful and friendly, met us on arrival to park our car and give instructions to the apartment. The apartment itself was modern, clean and spacious. Location was in the Old Town, not too far of a walk from the entrance, easy to access with luggage. Great location, great service, overall a great stay!! Would highly recommend.

Great location inside the Old City about 50m from Pile Gate, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Dubrovnik Old City is really bustling but Marko makes the check in experience really easy even if you have a car.

There are quite a few steps to the apartment so you need to be able to manage climbing steps however, apartment is located on level ground near the Pile Gate so no steep climbs up narrow streets required.

Fabulous location just off Stradun the main street. I had the top floor apartment and it was very quiet given the location. Lots of steps to reach the apartment so not suitable for those with physical issues. Marko the host was great, carrying my luggage up and coming back the next morning to bring it back down. He even walked it to the bus stop for me. Excellent service.

Location is perfect right at the start of the old town… the styling beautiful and modern with a touch of class retaining the original stone walls and shutter windows… and the , views of Main Street Stradum exceptional.

Street noise can be heard on a sat night during our stay… however we didn’t mind too much as it adds the the whole experience of staying in old town Dubrovnik.

I was amazed at how centrally Apartments Eleganca - right on the main street, Stradun, and just near Pile Gate, so we didn't have to drag our suitcases far upon arriving in Dubrovnik. Marko, who passed us the key cards, was friendly and he kindly showed us where everything was in the property. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and indeed, as elegant as its name suggests, with newly renovated minimalist interiors. The glassware and crockery that were supplied in the kitchenette were pretty high-end, I appreciated the variety of teabags supplied in the apartment, and it was a joy to have a washing machine of our own (and a washing line just outside the bathroom window!). To my surprise, the sound insulation in the apartment was excellent - yes, you will get a bit of street noise, but you're in the middle of Dubrovnik, so just enjoy it! There was also a nice duo outside in the evening who would play some lovely classical music pieces in the street just below the front windows, so it was a bit like having a private concert. Lucky us!

The only issue that I found was that the shower had a leak, so that there were often small puddles of water on the bathroom floor. However, this did not impact our stay at all - we just mopped up the water with a bath mat - and when I mentioned this to Marko upon leaving, he was very apologetic and said that he would get it fixed. But again, this is so minor - I would absolutely book Apartments Eleganca again!
