The location is spot on. It is a 5 minute walk or less to the casino, romantic walking streets, high end shops. The bed is comfortable, wifi superfast and consistant, plus the staff are always helpful and kind. There is an elevator to get to the 4th floor and then you are treated like family. The surrounding architecture is really cool too. The balcony views are especially fun for an early morning cafe which is provided in the room via a hot/cold fancy cafe maker. I really like the roman busts in the entryway. Lastly, everything is spotlessly cleaned..... every day.

Everything met or exceeded expectations.

Really welcoming receptionist Vincenzo, grateful for his pieces of advice, help, and assistance. The hotel is on the 4 floor, so there is an elevator. Also, we were lucky enough to have a balcony, had breakfasts there. Our room was cleaned every day perfectly. And, of course, hotel is situated in a great location. Close to the beaches, city centre, market, etc.

I would recommend to make a small journal, where will be some recommendations about places to eat. And you could collaborate with some bike rents, city attractions - to remind guests of what city can offer.

A very modern place, situated on one floor of a big building. Room was very nice, staff was very friendly but make sure you check arrival hours with them. The price was also more than decent.

I found it strange that there was nobody there for the check-out at regular hours, this being presented as a hotel. At departure, I had to leave my luggage next to the empty reception area and the main door of the floor was open as the cleaning lady was around working. I felt it is unsafe. So, if you plan to leave your luggage ask for options before you book here.

I can't say about this hotel because they called the day of the check in saying that they were overbooked and sent us to another hotel from the same group Globo Hotels. From this other I can say that is good, not great. Bathroom was not clean, had hair. The room and bed were comfortable but is next to a main street so was noisy. Breakfast was great for the price and location is good.

The hotel surprised us with the quality , location price quality of beds and linen , Far better than some 4 star that we have stayed in. Will definatly use it again if they mantain quality and prices , Th.e only LITTLE concern was the lack of reception staff but when the man arrived was so very very pleasent and helpful, such a nice person

We enjoyed everything, would be nice to have at least one English speaking news channel on the T.V., Not just because we are English but for others who do not speak but proberly know English

A wonderful place to stay with a nice location - all the sights are 400-500 meters away also and the beach. The room was spacious, very clean and luxurious. They don't have a parking but you can park nearby at the Old Port. It cost us about 30 euros for two days. We didn't need the car, because everything was nearby,so we park and take our car when we checked out.It is a little bit noisy from the street. but this didnt bother me.

Beautiful and spacious room! Very clean, air condition in the room worked perfectly and had everything that I needed, great location close to the most touristic places of Sanremo.

Nothing but of all, just the reception only works a certain hours, can’t let baggage there if you want stay a little more in Sanremo after check out.

We loved the hotel! The room was spacious and spotless. The bed was large and comfy (not always the way North Americans travelling in Europe might perceive it). The shower was small, but the shower heads made up for it! Our host and the housekeeper were kind and patient. The value was outstanding. Be advised that this is a small, boutique hotel and things that North Americans take for granted (ice, glasses, etc,) are not available. But everything else was wonderful. And there's even a tiny fridge for water, etc. Or, do what we did: go to the Asia Market, buy some water for €.50 and some plastic cups (or cheap glasses), drink the water, go to Penny, buy some rose for €2, fill the water bottles with the incredibly cheap, delicious rose, chill it and enjoy! The foccacia at Panetteria Barbruni was maybe the most delicious thing we have ever eaten. Also loved Bar Max (showing the Italian Grand Prix from Monza!). And loved Ristorante Pizzeria Mediterraneo. Wonderful host, delicious food! Grazie Correnti! Grazie Italia! Grazie mille!

We would have appreciated more than 3 coffee pods for our three night stay. The air conditioning had trouble keeping up with the south-facing room during the heat of the day (although it was FINE at night). These are VERY minor complaints! Get out of your room and enjoy Sanremo!

beautiful rooms with up to date technology. excellent location. comfortable beds.

a few minor things missing from the room, no soap dish, no shelf in the shower, toothbrush holder. generally clean but grout in shower, toothpaste on edge of sink bowl, marks on the wall (could probably do with a re-paint). the staff What’s Apped me before the stay requesting time of check in, after letting them know my phone broke and was unable to contact them to inform we would be 45 minutes late. on arrival there was no one to greet us and we had to call to get the codes into the hotel, where our key cards were left on the desk. I appreciate that we were late and I was uncontactable but slightly surprised that we did not see any staff apart from the cleaner for the duration of our 3 night stay.

The hotel was incredibly modern with wireless apple chargers in every room either 2 or 3 in each rooms, a Gusto coffee machine, satellite tv, and you could see it was totally new and super clean. It’s only on one floor of an old building, there is no restaurant or breakfast but that was fine as we were in the center of the town with all we needed outside in a 5 mn walk. Including going to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I’ve traveled a lot and never seen a room so cheap for its modern stuff and so chic and lovely! The staff contacted us via WhatsApp which was so easy as well. The receptionist spoke fluent French, Italian and English and maybe more but that all we tried with him!

Nothing it was perfect!
