The room was very large and had everything needed (fridge, TV, shower, toiletries, windows, clean bed linen, etc.). The location is excellent and you can be in the old town as well as by the sea and in the new centre in a short time. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ‘small but nice’ and gives you a good start to the day. The coffee is particularly good. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others and would stay here again if I were to visit Sanremo again.

The apartment was great, value for money and the staff made it very straight forward. The room view was as good as could be of the city from the level of the place. Would recommend to anyone that enjoys using the great kitchenette at this room.

The window blinds were not great and awkward, but everything else was as you'd expect.

Parking towards the hotel, very reactive host at the reception, rooms very large and comfortable, quiet as well: everything was as good as described. Fridge in the room makes it even better !

Overall fine, only regret is that it was impossible to get an invoice as a "fiscal ticket" had already been issued. I should jave asked before, but I didn't know. Additional charge for Parking & for the dog increased a bit the price.

It was so near to the center that we didn't use the car in 4 days, we could walk to all the interesting places in 20 min at most. Quiet place, seagulls will be "singing" since sunrise, but it is normal there.

No elevator, at least in our floor -1. The staff doesn't speak english at all, I know that's not mandatory, but in such a turistic place I think it is interesting.

Even when it's a 2 star hotel, it was nicer than expected and really clean. The breakfast had some good options: bread, fruit, cereal, yoghurt and good coffee The receptionist was really friendly and recommended us nice places to eat. Grazie mille!

The only bad point was the wifi, we couldn't really connect from our room downstairs and even upstairs it kept disconnecting.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is great although it is positioned up a hill.

Perhaps some rooms could do with updating but that didn’t bother me.

All of The staff were very welcoming and very nice to me.I was disabled person with a broken leg.And everybody helped me.The rooms are very cool and a very nice hotel to stay in Good breakfast and everything was nice.A very good people , they even have their own beach

all good, been there several times and will come back rooms have a good size they are not the newest but for me that is ok since they have a fair pricing and it includes a breakfast

Location of the hotel is great. We liked the room we had- it had all the facilities and was overlooking the beautiful city of Sanremo. Staff was nice, kind and helpful- Special thanks to Oksana, who recommended us some places to go to see the city. Overall, we recommend this hotel and hope to come back.

The hotel is close to the Casino and to the central areas. The first thing when I arrived, they explained me how everything works there. The room is good size for a 2star hotel, and high, this adds value. It was clean and very quiet, as is located in a quiet street. Mr Franco was very friendly and helped me to call a taxi and even with my bags to the taxi. Good value hotel.
