The facility was really nice, we liked that we could use the Laguna vista also, they had a really fun aqua park. When we first arrived at the hotel, and ate the food we had a bit problem with the spices, as we are used to other tastes, we told the staff and they called the manager of the restaurant, Samir Mostafa. He was so helpful, and such a nice gentleman, he made special dinners for us and really made the stay so pleasent for us. If anything goes wrong ask for this man, he will do anything he can to help. We also came too early to the hotel, but the receptionist, ziad, made an early check for us, we were first due to 14:00 o clock, but we already got the bungalow 08:00 o clock. The last day as we checked out, the manager told us we could still use the facilities and the eat at the restaurant until our fly were due. They were so nice and the room were cleaned daily. It was our honeymoon so they tried to make the stay more special by sending invitation to a romantic and making the room more romantic for us by using rose petals. We really recommend this place as u get good valuta for the money.

Around 6-7 o clock it’s not allowed to use the pool, it could have been nice to use the pool late at night. And at the weekends they could have some late programs for example until 1-2 o clock. But overall we were really happy with everything.

Honestly last year I was in a different Pickalbatros and it was not good so this time, we said let’s give a chance and try this Laguna club, honestly the management are very professional and very kinds with us we arrived late the night 2:00 am morning and everything the welcoming was perfect, my kids really enjoyed we are very difficult and meticulously so if I need to compare for the money paid I can say it’s very good price to what we got. I want to that Mr. Mohamed the manager, Mr. Mostafa & Samir and especial thanks to Nader this guy was amazing from the first moment he saw till the end. I want to make some good mention to Ali who works in the colonies restaurant all the time smiling to us so thank you for all the time serving my family with a big smile!! The food was good in my last 3 night the first night was not that good then it was improved.

The negative point I would say is that the hotel are considering only Russian speaker so all children movies or songs are in Russian, which is not a good thing as we should all use english as international language. The other bad thing is that all slides are located in the other side of the hotel means you need to cross the road it’s very hot and cars crossing all the time. There is some staff like the chief cooker some others in restaurant I feel they are obliged to work and hated to serve us not only us but with every one, we had an issue with the chief cooker as he didn’t want to serve my wife because she brought a different plate that what he thought should be for shrimp…. So I was really mad of him, so management have intervened.

Cousy, calm, excellent service, staff were helpful and friendly. you can order the food and drinks everywhere, size of the Bangles were good. facilities was great, for the Aqua park and the beach access you have to cross the street to Fiesta hotel, you also could use their swimming pool and the light snack and drink bar too (Same Group) there is a bus move between the hotel. close to by walk to Supermarket, pharmacy, souvenir shop, any many restaurant like Hard Rock cafe, McDonalds, KFC and other restaurant. The Aqua Park image is not in the same hotel, you have to cross the street by walk or bus. The beach you can walk 700 meters or wait for the bus. They need to improve the food varieties options

We were a group of four and stayed at Laguna Club for 10 days. On checkin we were upgraded to the pool view rooms. I have to admit the rooms were very spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had to go across the road to access the aqua park and the beach which is a 5 min walk. They do have a shuttle service as well. The staff at the Club are very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended. PS. I don’t normally mention names. But, it’s always good to appreciate exceptional service. Mr. Ahmed for taking the effort to ensure our stay was a pleasant experience. Mr. Mohamed Salman from the reception for take the time to check on us every opportunity he had. How can I forget Mr. Hassan Ebrahem (server/waiter) for ensuing we were served our drinks and any other requirements

It would be nice to upgrade the food a bit and have a little variety.

My name is Kemal from Türkiye. We are very happy me and my family at second time in Sharm and Pickalbatros Laguna Club Hotel. I told my wife This otel is our home. Because everybody smiling and helpful. We had now hesitation in coming here on holiday.  When we come there otel receptionist  Mustafa Magdy and Chef Mr. Esref very helpful and good organised.   Reception Front Manager Mr. Mohammed all time contact to me on WhatsApp and phone. Ask all time need anything contact to me and very helpful and good man. He had a good meal Organisation and birthday party Organisation for my Baby. Restaurant department Chef Samer Mustafa and Ibrahm Kasab very  very helpful and interested with all guest me and our family.  Head chef Knavy good organised and coordinate the kitchen team. Meals are excellent and delicious.  Life Guard Captain Mahmood Eid really helpfull and gentlemen at pool side he  is very good man and contact all the people properly.  Mr. Ahmed Adel ( he is on vacation but all time contact to me ) . Hotel's alone lady worker name is Lisa very nice and helpful lady good communication with me and all people. Lobby person else Ahmed Ismail and Arafad Bricks helpful and smiling men at working, contact with all people interested.  And Mr Usame hotel manager, he is very helpful, contact to all people properly very nice. We coming second time this hotel, we are our home☺, I see and my objective opinion he is all time on your job 7/24 hours. He is coordinating the team and managing all events. He is all time contact guest and listen to people and he says"What are you doing for you? " Very very good manager. He is very good man thank you so much for eveything hope to see be come back againagain insallah.

The property had everything you could need a private beach, access to the sister hotel with a water park, multiple pools, snack bar etc.

The only thing that could be improved is security when being picked up for excursions booked separately this can be confusing with language barriers and a member of security near by to make sure you are safely getting into the right mini bus would be a great extra. Also it would be nice to not be asked for photo shoots and trip extras when at the hotel relaxing. There is a lot of selling is Egypt and at the hotel should be one place you can fully relax without being hassled it was rare maybe 1-2 questions asked each day but again in my opinion give the options as you check it and leave it at that. But those are the only two very minor things, and it really didn’t take away from our experience still 10/10

Its a bit far from center but you can find a lot to do in Nabq bay. Hotel was super clean and very joyful. The life guard Mohammed ibn Abdullah and housekeeper Ahmet Said was very kind and they help me a lot. Hotel have a Aquapark which is very good for children and teenagers. The food was okey they cook chicken and fish underburning which i dont like it. Near the hotel there is a Hard Rock you can enjoy as well as here. All the employee are kind and hospitable. I highly recommend.

Its far from center and if you want to go center you have to pay a lot to the Taxi drivers.

We stayed in Pilckabratos Laguna plus for 4 days, we had an amazing experience during our stay. We arrived from Cairo late afternoon and we were met by the chief of staff Mr Mustafa Adel, before our arrival we asked him to give us a room with nice view for all my social media platforms(@istanbulcitylover) that we captured excellent images, frames. He did his best! We made a special video for Pilckabratos hotel :) The rooms were so spacious, so clean and wonderful with pool view! We would like to thank to Mr Mustafa Adel for his warm hospitality! The staff were so kind and helpful all the time! We would like to thank Mrs Elizaveta Grokhotova from the public relations! She was extremely helpful and kind during our stay! She texted as every day to ask if there was any problem! The animation group was so nice and we enjoyed watching them so much every evening! The location is was also wonderful within reach everywhere! It’s 10 minutes drive to the airport and it is in walking distance to the malls where you can go whenever you want! All in all, it has a world class service and truly outstanding staff! Thanks for making us stay enjoyable and happy! Wish to visit soon again! PS: We would like to mention that our flight was the next day at 4 am early morning! They made us stay a bit longer and I checked out 3. Pm, we used all the facilities until our departure, we were tired and we needed a little bit rest! But we got a room only for shower! That’s a bit short! And not enough! Definitely I highly recommend this amazing hotel 💗

Everything was amazing! Starting with the communication so friendly and welcoming staff, we’re welcomed by Mr Ahmed Adel-room division manager; even before our arrival and provided with all our needs during our stay. The entertaining facilities and daily programs for both kids and adults were very interesting and organized. other seas activities were available and reachable There were variety of food dinning & drinks options.
