The location is exceptional with an amazing view of the sea and the mountainous Tiran Island across from the nice Sandy beach with a great swing too. The staff were also impeccable catering to our every need and trying to fix every inconvenience we came across with the greatest attitude and professionalism. I'd especially like to thank Mr.Ramy at the Front desk, Mr. Maburk the general manager and Mr. Mustafa who helped us with our room housekeeping and Mr.Ahmad at the lobby bar and Mr. Sammy and Mohammed and Ziad at the restaurant. And Mr. Ahmad on the beach. And honestly the whole staff was super nice and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. They made our new years eve very memorable with great hospitality and celebrations

Very little to complain about, I would just appreciate it if the they could include pina colada as a drink option next time :)

Very good stuff and relation for the guests. Good room with nice sea views. Not so many guests in my time, but is more comfortable.

I’m gonna highlight only good ones, and there are! First, Muhamed, manager of reception, hi helped us 1000 times and was interested to give us what we want. Very easy, calmed men. Staff in general were friendly, smily and helpful. The lifeguard in the pool, long one with hairs back and bright teeth was so so so around everywhere - he helped people with sunbeds and towels, I saw him helping staff with towels, I saw him helping pool bar with incoming boxes, he knew my kids name after first day, bringed them balls to play, always smiling and saying hi. So happy old security men at the gates of hotel, always saying hi and smiling to kids. Kind security man at the beach. Animatiors were attractive, energetic, speaking in good English, smiling, easily doing their best. The two boys combo in the hotel’s bar in the daytime, were fun, they are making jokes, both looks interested of their job, always happy to see us and always have something fun to say us. Most of all, we have the best beach, the best weather, good food, clean rooms, flowers rising and signs of growing level. Hotel’s walls and thick, we never heard someone speaking or watching tv. Value for price, compairing with other hotels around, 100% winning! I was there alone with 3 years old and 1 year old for 14 nights just until Christmas. We ended our stay and thanks staff for taking care of us. I would pick this hotel once again.

Very few things about the building and the cleaning need to be fixed, just this.. and I am sure the managers will do their best 👌👍

The food was incredible, even though what was on offer was not a lot. It was truly quality over quantity. The staff were amazing, I met the bar staff called mostafa and another staff member called Muhammed, they made me feel welcome at the bar and we had great o conversations. The room cleaner called Mina was very friendly and did his job greatly, and he also reassured me that I could ask him for anything I needed. The security staff were very friendly and you felt at ease, and finally the receptionist. They made me feel incredibly welcome and did not allow me to feel uncomfortable. The guests that were there were very nice. I met people from Romania and Uzbekistan, and they were all friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and hope I can come back again. There's no shuttle bus to the downtown and one of the staff is tall man with blue shirt he is not even great or saile to The guest
