Friendly Staff, good breakfast and enough stuff in the room for home cooking Good location in Corralejo 10min walk to city center

The balcony view was almost in front of a wall The pool is very small and there are only 20 sunbeds for the whole hotel, which are often all taken very quickly in the morning. Moreover people leave their towels and leave the swimming pool to go for food so it's almost impossible to get a sunbed.

Very nice and great atmosphere

The only thing which was disappointing was that the pool closed before the sun went away. We got back from the beach and went to the pool but had to leave after 20 minutes as the lifeguard had to leave. Everyone was there and everyone wanted to stay at least another 30 minutes when the sun was not there. If you just extend the time by. 30 min or one hour would be great

It's very close to the old town and all the restaurants. There are two huge supermarkets nearby. The pool is great with sunloungers for twenty people. There's a rooftop gym in Block 3 and they run a number of classes throughout the week. Sunrise yoga and evening yin yoga classes were amazing. The bus stop is right across from the Spar supermarket which is great if you want to go to Puerto del Rosario or El Cotillo or stop off at the Riu hotel to go the Grandes Playas sand dune beach.

Know before you go: There will be loud music five days per week. The Roof bar in Block 2 is really cool and a great place to watch the sun set. However, you're still going to hear the music pumping until about 10.30pm even when you're in the apartment. Also, if you have breakfast included, you'll be getting a slice of white toast, a croissant, orange juice, cornflakes (not any other cereal) yoghurt and a larger piece of toast topped with a savoury option and a coffee. Basically, you'll be really close to supermarkets so you might want to skip the beakfast included option.

A couple of small cockroaches but everything was clean

only 3 stars and not 4 the noise during the night if your room is close to the door / cash machine / fresh drink no air conditioner only ventilation time to take breakfast can be longer if you are an appointment fixe breakfast, the choice is only on the toast small pool for all appartements not really in front of ocean (10-15 min playa by walking) no cleaning during 6nights => every 2/3 days the towels should be changed

Immaculate, well maintained complex. The smell of cleanliness hit us as soon as we walked in. Junior L suite was spacious and absolutely beautiful. Exactly as pictured. Bed was very comfortable and shower was amazing. Rooftop terrace was the icing on the cake. Beautiful area to sit and chill and take in the sunset and drinks very reasonably priced. Now on to the staff ....what can I say ! So friendly and welcoming. On arrival the girls that checked us in were so nice as were rooftop bar staff. Absolute credit to the place. Fabulous location. 8min walk to music square. Will definitely be booking again for our next visit to Corralejo.

Only there for 1 night. Would like to have stayed longer.

Staff were lovely and gave us all information we needed about Correlajo when we arrived.Rooms were OK, I would not call it a junior suite which is what my daughter booked for us. For amount of rooms pool is small and compact. It's just a short walk to all restaurants ,bars and the beach.

Firstly the bedlinen and towels should be changed at least once during a week stay. Also mattress was dip on one side which made it very difficult to sleep well. I am a chronic back sufferer .The bed cover in our room was frayed and of white not as per pictures with runner across bed. Second while doing healthy breakfast is good ,it may be better to just put salmon on plate with just toast as not everyone is fond of everything else.

Very nice suites, great rooftop breakfast and evening bar, staff very friendly and helpful, overall a really great place!

The lack of air con was disappointing (we had missed this when booking but appreciate that’s our fault), although the noise from the ceiling and desk fan could have been quieter, luckily we had ear plugs to make it manageable, I would seriously consider this if booking in middle of summer! Could have done with a few more shelves/surfaces to put bathroom bits on & make up bits on in bedroom.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel, in general. The apartment was modern, clean & tidy, with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the restaurant, the pool & the rooftop bar/terrace. The decor was modern and tasteful. The food that was provided at breakfast was nice.and well-presented. The location suited us - just a 10 min walk or so from the central bars & restaurants, etc.

1. We were disappointed that the rooftop area was out of bounds during the daytime & we could only enter the area from early evening. This was a shame as the rooftop seating area would have been ideal for chilling out / reading a book / playing games / taking in the views, etc. When I showed my disappointment on one occasion, one of the cleaners started shouting at me (which was a bit of a shock!). Had I known that this area is not for our use, I may have chosen a different hotel. 2. Also, the pool was freezing cold. Again, such a shame as this would have been perfect had it been warmer. 3. The towels are hard & need replacing.

Great location close to the port, and 5 minute walk to the many bars and restaurants in Corralejo .Pool and loungers area was lovely . Wi fi was good; was a clean, spacious apartment ,and kitchenette well equipped plus had a full size fridge and freezer. Hairdryer,iron and ironing board included. Dishwasher with a tablet provided.Washing up liquid, cloth, and scourer provided ;and also body wash, just in the shower cubicle only. 2 complimentary coffee pods for the coffee machine.Car parking available in an unpaved parking area across the road.A complimentary glass of cava, water or juice each is available in the rooftop bar which is a nice touch.

These are minor and didn’t put us off our stay…Our balcony had the sun but only had a view of the backstreet. Thin walls so could hear the energetic couple next door!. No aircon but there is a fan in the bedroom. Two TVs in the apartment-but neither for us would tune into UK channels, so bring an I -pad and an HDMI cable if you want to watch British TV We stayed in block one ,so we were not affected by the music in the rooftop bar in block two But as I said, none of these points would put us off staying here again.
