Very nice complex, 3 clean pools, decent apartment. Everything exactly like the photos,. Idealling located a 2 mins from a 'commercial centre' with shops, supermarket and resetuarants/tapas bars. Just over a 5 min walk to the sea and then another 5 mins to the nearest beach. The new part of town is just over a 5 min walk, old town is 20 mins. Window lock didnt work, was fixed straight away. This is a sold 8/10 place, we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again if we were to head back to Carralejo.

Apartment was meant to be cleaned 3 times in a week, it was not cleaned once. We had some tiny ants, not to many thankfully, but ure there would have been none if apartment was cleaned more and stuff put down. WIFI was useless, but we were near the back of the complex and we didnt try near pool/bar where I would assume it would be better.

Amazing place, very quiet and close to the main shopping area. The apartment was clean and has everything you need for your stay. The sofa that turns into bed, I'm 165cm(5,5ft) tall and, it was comfortable enough for me. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Totally recommend!!

Perfect location in between town (10 min walk) & beautiful beach (20 min walk). Right next to a shopping centre with a selection of shops, eateries & supermarket with fresh bread & pastries daily. The apartment had everything we needed & was cleaned daily to a high standard. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning. Pool was quiet & we were always able to find available sun beds at any time of the day. All staff were helpful & friendly. The complex was clean & well maintained, particularly the gardens. We loved our week away here as a family of 3.

Loved the pool and the gardens. Great location - very close to a decent supermarket and some pleasant cafes. A walk from the harbour and also to the various beaches. Comfortable well appointed accommodation with basic but adequate kitchen equipment - just right

I would have preferred the television to have been in the bedroom and for there to be a dining table and chairs inside. There were some slight hitches and delays with the airport transfers.

Great people at reception, pointed out how to get around and were very helpful.

Cold pool but it was alright when you got in according to me grand children.

The beds were comfy . The supermarket wasn't far. The sunbeds and pool was very relaxing. There was programs to watch on TV. However the room was upstairs and facing the sun. Which made made it so warm. . I didn't mind because I had so much fun but I didn't like it. Other than that fantastic 👏

Close to the beach shops and bars

Nothing it was all great. Having a water machine so you don’t have to carry water back to your apartment( charging customers a few euro more for their stay) also less plastic to throw away?

The staff were really helpful. The overall place is very clean, nicely kept gardens and a good mix of people giving it a chilled vibe. Only a few minutes walk down to the beach and a 10 minute wander to the main strip, keeping you tucked away but with everything on the doorstep. Also there is a little shopping area next door to grab a quick bite, or pick up supplies for the kitchenette. We were super lucky with our pool view too, it was fab to sit in a morning for breakfast or evening.

The beds in our room were fine but not amazing. Also the leather headboard gave off a funny smell so I slept the other way, but my friend wasn’t bothered by it.

The hotel was fantastic. It is very close to the city, and it is perfect, as the beach in the city is not really nice, so no need to stay there. Also it is very loud in the city with all the live music pubs and tourists, so I enjoyed the fact it was 6mins walk and in one of the side streets. The room/apartment was amazing, all very new and clean, comfy bed. The swimming pools were great. I didnt know that there is a gym but used the shower there before leving. It was very convinient. I had a room with a lovely terrace. I really enjoyed it a lot, the price was fair. The lady at the reception was very nice and spoke well English

The wifi did not work. They even had issues with it when I was to pay for my stay. Please sort it out. The young man working there was nice but not very helpful, he did not tell me I have to book a slot to take a shower in the gym after check out and was confused about the bus stops (I am glad I checked it online). The soap in the appartents seemed to be diluted with water and there was no shampoo. Also, it would be great if the hotel introduced a breakfast. I know that every appartment has a kitchen but I do not tend to cook during holiday. It would be great to be able to eat something from the bar in the morning or order a coffee

Lovely welcome, a peaceful and relaxing complex, the apartment was spacious, well equipped and the pool area lovely and clean, water was very clear. The bins were emptied every day, housekeeping was fantastic, and the daytime bar was lovely so we didn't need to go out in the afternoon. Very close to an excellent shopping centre with nice restaurants and also only a short walk into town or to the beach.
