Everything!! Location, cleanliness, space, design, facilities, parking etc

Nothing! Everything was great! One suggestion only - consider having couple bikes for renting / using for guests but not sure if this is feasible as I understood that some units are for long-term rent. Unfortunately, in Williamsburg no bike rental service was spotted. Oh, and what about extending pool hours for adult only swim to 11 pm? Too many kids in the evening time :)

Better than a hotel. Nice sized full condo unit. Nice furniture and modern appliances. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice patio with furniture. Fairly quiet A/C. Large bed. Lively pool area. Nice sized gym. Full condo was the same price as many hotels. Better deal to stay at this Vacation village. Close drive to shopping and many attractions. We would stay here again.

Not a dislike. There was only some vending machines for snacks. The complex could really benefit from a snack bar, restaurant and a little store. There were many people here on vacation and many hungry kids, I'm sure. The Village is isolated and you couldn't walk to anywhere. I think the guests, and the complex, would greatly benefit from a place where people could get food and other items.

The place is very clean, very quiet. It's kind of secluded, very peaceful. I love the fact that there's a washer and dryer that is accessible at no extra cost, there is cookware to use and that there's extra tissue, garbage bags on hand. Security always calls to confirm if you have an order from door dash before letting them arrive at the property. Maintenance arrives promptly to help fix any issues. The hot tub is relaxing. I've been here a few times, and this visit was a home away from home.

I didn't like the fact that we had to take out our own trash when they have housekeeping staff, but the trash bin isn't far from the property. I wanted to exchange towels and they told me that there was a $6 exchange fee, but I got them anyway about 20 minutes later at no charge.

I loved the fact that everything is very close and our space was comfortable and clean. I like the rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment. I love the indoor pool because it was winter and cold outside. I just would have preferred to stay closer so I could have walked instead of drive.

The TV's could have been better in the room. I really with there were ovens available. We came for Christmas and luckily I cooked most of my food and brought it but we were going to put the chicken in the oven and could not. I wish the handicapped apartments were very close to the pool area.

I LOVE THE SPACE! For our growing family, the space allows us to spread out and not feel cramped. The resort had beautiful landscaping and was overall, very welcoming.

This is weird, I know, but my wife loves to do laundry while we're on vacation...helps us to pack lighter, I guess. We were on the first floor and the laundry facilities are shared between the two condos. This isn't a huge deal, but would be better if it were in the unit itself. Also, the sofa beds are starting to show their age...updates for these would make this resort 10x better.

Was charged $20 resort fee upon booking and then the front desk said they had to charge us $30 resort fee even though I showed proof of what was already paid. Scam! We didn’t even use any of the amenities but paid a total of $50.

Where it is located is nice.

We stayed last year at this resort and our room was exceptional. This year was not near as nice. I guess we lucked up last year and got a renovated room this year our room was old and gloomy. I wanted to stay here because of how nice our room was has I known it would looked like it did I wouldn’t have booked here. Also tub was dirty and it was a sunflower seed on a chair …just not sure how clean it was honestly. Made me and the kids a little grossed out. Again was disappointed in the room for sure compared to last years stay. Not sure we will book again.

Lots of space, comfortable rooms and excelent location. Love the idea they have a schedule with different activities for everyday of the week. I would love to try that in a longer stay next time.

The floors and carpets were very old and didn't look as clean as expected. Received a weird call from the main office asking if my husband was in the room and mentioning some "complimentary meals" but they could give me more information because my husband was not present and they only offer that if both husband and wife can give them feedback. Weird! So single moms wouldn't have a chance or are not as welcomed??

The pool the most because Saturday my grand children and a few other family members came over we decided to go to the pool. The way the pool is set up ALL people could enjoy the pool. Kids older adults handicap someone in a wheelchair I LOVED THIS THE MOST ABOUT THE RESORT

I propped the front door open and my room door open to bring my things in and a few of my friends were inside talking and he just went inside the room no further than the doorway but still he shouldn’t have done that. But he did report a spot on the carpet when he peeped in.

The bed was comfortable , one of the bathrooms had a nice Jacuzzi, balcony decent

The entry door did not lock but it had a key to stick your key in to unlock but it was unlocked, the door to your room lock that made me feel secure but I prefer for the entry door to get in the building to be locked, shopping centers are too far, front desk did not let me know where the pool and an exercise room was at on the property I think that was whack she was so busy talking with her co-workers
