Madden, who checked me in, was a breath of fresh air 😍. She was very polite and a pleasure to communicate with. She went out of her way to provide everything i asked for. She is a total keeper for your property. Also, I definitely wanted to acknowledge Ms. Tracenia is hoping that i spelled it correctly. She is a valuable member of your team. Very professional and an impeccable person she went out of her way to make sure that the cleaning ladies were able to clean my room after hours it was much appreciated she deserve an increase in her pay for the outstanding job she does each and every day. We had a great stay at this hotel. We have stayed here in the past. We like the location of the hotel and the staff was helpful and friendly. We like the fact that the hotel pool is open until 11pm and the breakfast was a full breakfast.

I had issues checking in, all of my credit cards declined but eventually the front desk staff realized that they were not checking me in correctly. My brand new bottle of bodywash disappeared the day after I bought it/one of the days that housekeeping cleaned my room. I did not bother to report this because it was $3, however, that is not ok for someone to take something that belongs to a guest.

I didn't like that the elevator could only hold 4 people at a time. Also, I did not have anyone to clean the bathroom, replace towels, or trash I did that myself. I think that should have been said when I made my reservation.

It had very good breakfast each morning when I was there. It'd had very nice pool inside which is very nice way to cool off from an hot day, everyone seemed very nice. The location was close to an Cracker Barrel, and an Mexican restaurant so distance wise it'd was very good of where you wanted to eat depends on what you want to eat.

There wasn't an easy way of getting supplies once you've ran out of them but other than that everything was fine.

No towels by the pool so we had to use our personal towels, making it scarce for our room. Elevators were unusually hot, then again it was hot as jalapeños outside. The breakfast was insanely busy and it felt like the food was being rationed. The beds were old and super springy.

The front desk staff were all very nice and professional and happy. I love seeing this. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the shower was awesome. The breakfast was great also, with eggs, sausage, bacon, muffins, cereal, etc. We did not leave hungry that's for sure. The hotel and price are excellent and I would definitely recommend staying here.

There was nothing we didn't like

The bed was comfortable, the tv was good, the shower was nice and the breakfast was pretty good. Wished there were pancakes or waffles everyday, but only had pancakes on Sunday.

It feeling rushed at breakfast by one of the staff who complained about people coming to breakfast too close to 9:00 AM. This caused stress during breakfast and took the pleasure out of eating at the hotel.

I awoke early in the morning to do work and grade assignments from my computer. Claudia was a wonderful worker who was there early preparing a delicious complimentary breakfast. She had a wonderful personality and was a dedicated worker.

The whole stay went well. From being greeted from the front desk staff with a smile. To the wonderful breakfast that we were fed during our stay. My birthday weekend was a wonderful experience because of the hotel and the hotel staff.

The only thing i did not like was how small the space was in the bathroom. Only be.cause the hot tub was in the bathroom so there wasnt too much move around room

It was close to most of the places I needed to visit

The WiFi was bad to get and also the key card didn’t always work right on the outside doors even the room the had to try using it a couple of times before it opened up.
