The food quality, variety, and quantitiy were amazing. The room cleanliness and size were great. The aquapark was great and the pools as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The resort is huge and has several restaurants and pools that you don't really feel the place is super crowded.

The beach wasn't as expected, the sea at this area is subjected to ebb and flow, in addition that we were told that they have raised the level of the shore, so that the sea is not possible for swimming at all during the whole day compared to the resorts near by. No sea at all. All drinks were free of charge including alcoholic drinks, but not fresh juices, which I didn't understand. Juices that were free of charge were of poor quality.

This hotel feels like home! Biggest THANKS to Mr. Majdi Jamal السيد مجدي جمال من ادارة قسم الاستقبال He was the main reason why we chose this hotel! He was super helpful, super nice, super sweet and friendly He made it feel like home! Also from the restaurant team : Mr. Ahmed AbdElFatah and Mr. Samy and Mr. Mahmoud were super supportive suuper supportive Our kid has allergy from almost all kinds of food They made sure to cook the special meal for him daily !! They were so sweet they helped us They also knew what we like the most السيد أحمد عبدالفتاح و السيد سامي و السيد محمود And Ms. Haya from the hosting section she was amazing with us From the room service section we were lucky to meet Mr. Ibrahim My kids used to wait for him everyday after he cleans our room to see how he makes animal characters out of towels He is so creative ! We were all impressed !! I would like to thank Mr. Amro and Mr. Mostafa and Mr. Belal and Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim from the Reception team I would like to thank Mr. Abdullah from the IT department he helped us more than 10 times Also BIG thanks to Ms. Jiji from the Jazy Kids club My girls enjoyed their time with her She is super good and friendly with kids with a BIG Smile on her face all the time :) The best thing about this hotel is safety and security its 24 hours ! No one can enter randomly they check even the Uber cars and ID This is my second visit to this hotel and i will visit million times more!!

Honeslty everything is perfect at Jaz aquamarine. The rooms, the cleanliness, the food, the landscape and above all amazing incredible staff who served us everyday with a smile and would even bring us what we need before we ask for it. They're all amazing with children and are so friendly. Given it's Ramadan and many staff members are fasting they still worked so hard always with politness and a smile. I also wanna thank the Jazy Kids club team. Kate, Gigi, Jana and all the team for their amazing activities everyday, they kept my daughter so happy and excited everyday to see what new activities they will do. Best value for money and a great place to take your family for an incredible holiday, and to see a great example of true hospitality. :)

Nothing it's perfect.

This is a great hotel, a big complex, loads of pools and slides, garden areas and beach. It never seemed too busy, but i would imagine that in peak season it would be quite hectic. Always clean and tidy and very well presented Several restaurant choices, always plenty of good food and a wide variety. The a la carte Italian was especially good. I came to kitesurf and the centre on site (Kite Marine Hurghada) was excellent, well equipped, friendly and knowledgeable. The wellness centre was also excellent - sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool, massage My sea view room was only a short walk along the beach from the kite centre, and was very quite and away from the noisier bar terrace area in the evenings. All the staff were friendly, chatty and helpful, and never touting for tips (unlike the guys at the airport)

I'm not a massive fan of the buffet restaurant concept in general, and it can become a bit samey over the course of 10 days, but that's just me - the food as mentioned was always good and plentiful.

the layout and facilities

A lot of contamination with food and alcohol on tables in the buffet restaurant. The cleaning procedures aren’t very thorough if alcohol is being spilled it should be cleaned properly as for someone who doesn’t drink alcohol it is very uncomfortable. I would recommend a few tables that should be alcohol free!! even though the glasses for soft drinks and alcohol were separate there was no clear sign to say which glass is used for what. we had to ask each time and as customers felt like we were burdening the staff by asking. when in reality if the sign was provided it would have made it much easier.

Amazing resort. The receptionist is very helpful. Special thankful for Mr. Mohamed Ramadan and Mr Ayman… The hotel is full of activities where we never felt bored. The animation team is lovely. The food is unbelievable (specially the Italian restaurant)

Jaz aquamarine was perfect everything was great the food was perfect entertainment was spectacular staff were very friendly everybody was helpful facilities and amenities were excellent everything was clean so many restaurant options to choose from I would definitely come back to Jaz Aquamarine

Only one negative point is that on checkout The reception desk staff member Hossam nearly ruined our trip he was very unhelpful and rude which was unlike any other staff at the resort who were happy to go above and beyond for us

Fourth time in Jaz aquamarine and each time we spent a marvelous vacation .. everything is just perfect thanks to the great staff. Plenty of pools and activities.. the food is tasty with a variety of selections.. will definitely come again.

A beautiful setting, attentive staff, high-quality food, and special festive events, the effort they put into the Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve celebrations was unforgettable. It's always heartwarming to see staff members, too many to mention here are a few Islam Service Manager Chef Ahmed, Chef Ali, Mohammed all the staff from the maki a la carte restaurant & relaxing pool. The pool staff are amazing Mahmoud, Ehab & the staff in the Ninos restaurant. All the staff from the Waves bar Ahmed, all the staff in the lobby Bar Mohammed, Topaz restaurant Sammy, four corners all should being recognized for their dedication and exceptional service. Customer relations ensured all our needs were met special thank you to Jasmine, Essam recreation Manager, security staff & drivers who ensure everything is safe & looked after including a driver Youssef

so many restaurants to choose from, we tried to stay away from buffet lunch and dinner. snack bar poolside and on the beach did better for lunch. for dinner we dined in Indian, Chinese Italian burger bar and Arabian restaurants and the service and food were amazing.

only downside was the beach as the tide does not come in, but made up with so many swimming pools.
