Location, location, location!!! 7 minutes walk from the duomo, 13 minutes from the last supper. The room was very big and clean, we came for 24 to celebrate my husband birthday (we couldn’t leave our 3 month baby for longer then 24 hours) the stuff were so lovely. They let us check in super early and gave us a bottle of bubbles to celebrate.

If we didn’t get a taxi from the airport to the hotel we would have spent half the day looking for it. It’s very hidden and there’s no signs to really help or guide you towards finding the hotel. The hotel is located inside a building apartment, that’s why it’s difficult to find.

15 Quindici by Serendipity Rooms is a gem in the heart of Milan! The location is unbeatable for exploring the city’s top sights, and the staff couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. Comfortable, stylish, and ideal for a city stay. Highly recommended!

One point for improvement at 15 Quindici would be the noise isolation. Street sounds and nearby activity can be quite noticeable, which may be challenging for guests sensitive to noise. Better soundproofing would enhance the overall experience.

Location was perfect vert close to tourists attraction., around 7,10 m walking to Domo Staff was very friendly and helpful they let is checkin earlier as the room was ready Building is very secure and only residents can enter

It was quite difficult to find the entrance but overall it was great and we enjoyed our stay there

The room was small but well appointed and the decor was nice. The bed slept well. The location was not too far from a subway stop and the Duomo. This was a great stopover for Milan to see the sights.

This is a boutique hotel so not a building by itself. We found the general location but you need to call them and they will take you to your room.

I think it was my fourth stay here and I am very happy with the place: great value for money, the location can’t be more central, at the same time it’s discreet and gives a bit of feeling of living like a local. I appreciate the design, and having a coffee machine with free coffee, biscuits and Prosecco is a wonderful touch

There is quite some noise because of construction works in the neighborhood

the room was lovely and comfortable. The location was so good as it was away from the tourist hotspots (they were only about a 10 min walk away) so had the best of both worlds, good bars and restaurants that weren't overly expensive and were close enough to see all the sites.

The hotel was hard to find! It wasn't easy to work out at all as the building reception looked like lobby of a office building and the clear sign on a wooden background was very difficult to see from the outside. we were standing outside the building for 20 min until a security guard took pity on use and showed us where to go. I think there needs to be a better sign on the building (not just the email directions)

The location was perfect, close to Duomo and metro station. The room was nice, clean, big bathroom

The noise from the outside disrupted our sleep. The church bells early morning at 6am every few min and a massive roar of the road works or some kind of construction early morning as well.

Location was great. Around 10 minutes walk to town centre. Restaurants everywhere. Public transport close by.

Carpark offsite. Again 10 plus minutes walk to the accommodation. This is an apartment building. So mixed residential and short term stay. No facilities on-site.

The location is excellent. 5 min walk to Duomo - ideal for tourist city break. Room had air conditioning and the electric black out blinds were great. Shower facilities were lovely. Hotel room is basic but ideal for those wanting to go out and explore rather than spend time in room.

Some construction near the hotel so quite a lot of noise from very early (8am).
