This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and we had an excellent stay again. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are lovely, thank you to Allan on the front desk, he was very helpful when we wanted to park a car this time. Great car park for hotel guests below the hotel, although a little expensive per day. Location is good to walk around to popular places, has a Starbucks in the hotel and felt safe walking around the area.

Breakfast buffet was very average. Didn’t have a lot of hot food variety and didn’t feel like it was worth the price. Glad we didn’t pay to have it included, there are plenty of food places around the hotel to choose from.

The Room achieves our expectations. The reception was the best part because the receptionist at the front desk, called Victoria, was very kind and polite to us and help us with informations about the city.

The Break Fast and parking should be included in the hotel price. It can be good for the hotel to be more attractive to tourists. The hotel could provide early check-in to help some tourists when they have flight problems.

We chose this hotel for the location which seemed to be in the heart of Toronto, we were not disappointed as we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff of the hotel were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast which was included was very good with everything hot and fresh. Definitely will stay here again.

Maybe a little more signage outside the hotel to direct you where to check in. Also would have been helpful if there was a small trash can outside of the elevator on each floor just in case you have something to throw away.

Rob, the person we first met when checking in at the front desk, was extremely kind and helpful. He made sure my daughter had an extra special stay for her 9th birthday by sending a treat up to our room - she felt so special! The staff were all very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the meals we ordered to our room from the kitchen were fabulous. Thank you to all the staff (especially Rob!) who made our stay extra special.

Getting a bit older now but this is the second or third time I’ve stayed here. The location is amazing and central to downtown Toronto. Everything is quite accessible. But I do love the hotel the staff as super helpful and friendly. I will return at some point again when business calls

My only issue is that ride share does not know where to pick up and I found myself constantly running around the block chasing cars down. It’s starting to get a little outdated.

The staff were friendly, accommodating and the room was very clean with nice features. The view was good and there were many dining options at the hotel. The hotel hallway and inside the room had a very low noise level making it relaxing and peaceful.

The temperature was not comfortable. The heating was much too high, even when turned to lowest temperature. The room service menu didn’t have much variety and the nachos I ordered were underwhelming for the price. Also, the fire alarm went off at about 3 am and disrupted our sleep as it continued for about 20 min before announcing it was false.

Could have had more on reception at 4 pm when everyone booked in

Room service was Delicious! Very friendly, thoughtful (e.g. bringing a carafe of coffee instead of just one cup was great, also, always adding ice water to the tray). My wife had nachos (big enough to share, I had a burger- it was so delicious!). Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Nice lobby with a Starbucks inside for morning coffee on the go (very friendly Baristas). Parking is super convenient with easy in-and-out privileges. The view from the corner king room was pretty.

The mattress was old/it sloped towards the headboard. Also, the bathroom didn't have a fan, and the bathroom had this weird plexiglass partial wall to allow light in from the room. Okay if you're okay with the other person in the room seeing you while you use the bathroom!

A super location, very friendly personnel. We had the experience of an evacation because the fire alarm went off (a guest messed up with the sprinklers in his room). The housekeeping personnel acted extremely calm and professional when guiding us to the emergency exit, world class!

The hotel is a little bit at the end of its lifetime and will most probably be refurbished in the forthcoming years to make it a little bit more at current standards.

Location is great! Loved the pool area. Our maid was awesome!

Air conditioning was poor. Even at 16°, it was humid and not cool in the room. Absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom. Also, couldn't watch Blue Jays in 30 on TV in evening to see replay of our awesome time at the game. ;) Also, $30.00 breakfast was way overpriced. We did it once, then went to Sunset Grill for much cheaper breakfast. With a 500+ a night hotel room, we were expecting more.
