Staff tries to accommodate downstairs room requests. The breakfast choices are very good. Snacks are not too pricey. Gym is nice.

Being charged $25.00 for a service dog against the ADA laws. Fee is only supposed to be for pets. Have traveled with my service dog many times and stayed at this property without problems. Now being incorrectly charged. Remote needed batteries for tv. Difficulty changing channels. Plumbing issues in 2nd building. Both room 157 and 160 had toilet stopping up at first flush.

The value. It's very affprdable. it does offer an actual hot breakfast. This saved me SO much money not having to buy takeout for 4 people every morning. Iwould stay there again. Won't stay any longer than a week.

The breakfast selection. My kids and I stayed for 3 weeks, and the selection didn't change. It was great having a DIY waffle bar, but the only toppings available were syrup, honey, or powdered sugar. It was a popular option for many other guests. But I couldn't help thinking I would've like to have seen some fruit toppings or flavored syrups to change it up a bit. I think for a few days, this is an excellent place to stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the layout of the family room we booked! It felt like two separate rooms: one with a king-size bed and another extension with double-decker beds, which my kids absolutely loved. The two spacious bathrooms were a huge bonus for a family. The bathrooms cleanliness though needs to be looked at. Considering the price, we didn’t expect reliable Wi-Fi in the room and free parking, but both were provided, which was a great value. The American breakfast might seem basic, but it had everything we needed to start the day. The staff were nice and welcoming, making our stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience and recommended for families!

Nothing that would disappoint.

This was the second we stayed in this hotel be ause we had a great previous experience. The friendly staff that made accommodations when needed, for example, for our early check-in. The room seemed to be clean, the breakfast options, one of the beds, and the pillows. The location was great, and the fireplace was lovely 😍!

The smell of the rooms. We cheched-in early and got a room that was already clean. As soon as we entered there, this funky smell that didn't go along g with how clean the room seemed to be. We opened the window and the door for a while but it didn't work. So we called the front desk to ask for a spray. Mary, the receptionist, kindly righ away offered another room. We both agreed to use the spray, wait a while, and if after that the smell was still there, we'd move rooms. We did move. The smell in the other room was similar but not as strong as the previous room, so we could manage by having the window open. I'm pretty sure the carpet had to do with the smell.

Bed was comfy, but no where to sit other than the desk, Maids were great, front desk staff courteous and friendly

Mold in bathroom, or something black in the caulking, could use quieter air conditioners.

The area was very nice we felt safe. The beds were very comfortable. The fire outside was a plus just wish it was more centered with more seating around because someone was always holding seats in the front of it. The breakfast ladies were outstanding. Especially Irma, Pamela and Esmeralda. They were so sweet and so helpful. They made our breakfast experience very enjoyable.

I didn’t like that it was by the freeway. It was very loud in some of the rooms closer to the freeway. One of the dresser drawers in our room wouldn’t close it kept just popping open and a few times we had issues with the key not working which was a Hassle to keep going back down to get it re keyed. I asked at the front desk if the pool was heated and she said yes. It was freezing cold definitely not heated.

The room was neat & clean & absolutely served for the purpose of me & my friend being there for another friend's wedding in Cali. I was able to get extra pillows w/ out any issues & the continental breakfast was delish. We had only a minor issue w/ the light in the bathroom. The price for the stay esp for the area we were in was wonderful! Other than that since we were on the go most of our stay, La Quinta was great! I'd definitely book there again.

The only thing was the light in the bathroom. It would flicker every time we used it. It would sometomes go completely out radamly when it use & then pop back on. We couldnt tell if it was a short in the wiring or not, but it was a bit irritating. Due to us being out & about during our stay I didn't get a chance to report it to the staff. Other than that our stay was a great experience!

The property was clean and in a neighborhood of other hotels and a gated residential community. It was nice and safe. It was close drive from Legoland and there’s a shopping area with fast food, market, and Starbucks nearby. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The hotels are right off the freeway, but we didn’t hear any of the traffic from there. It was quiet and restful. They serve free breakfast as well, but we didn’t have it. We would come back again.

The shower and toilet were a bit outdated. The staff member who checked me in pretty much just threw me my room key when I did a pre-arrival check-in. Staff member could have been informative on where my room was located on the property.

The location was super convenient since we were going to be visiting LA and San Diego. There were several other hotel chains in the area, so we appreciated how private, professional and traveler-friendly it was. There wasn’t heavy traffic the days we were there and the facilities were clean, cozy, with plenty of parking. The beds were so cozy, as well! Bathrooms didn’t smell mildew-y and the air conditioner/ heater worked great!

I wish there was complimentary water in the rooms. But that’s pretty minor. Everything was great. We’ll definitely be back!

The hot breakfast had good choices daily (oatmeal, eggs, sausage, waffles) along with the usual cereal and bagels. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and did their job well, be it maintenance, cleaning, or reception. The entire hotel was very clean and made me feel comfortable staying there.

The building was old and it showed. You could see corners of fixtures cracking from age, but all the furniture and items used were new.
