Stayed with the family, 2 adults, 2 teenager kids. Took 2 double rooms. Here is what we liked: -Hotel location - 2 min. from railway station and bus stops, 5 min. from the nearest beach, 10 min. from Carefour (if needed), minimarket in the hotel. -Clean, spacious rooms, balcony, where you can dry you swimming clothes -various and tasty food for breakfast and dinner (I guess for lunch too, but we had half-board) -available sunbeds by the pool-personnel is checking that no one is "reserving" the sunbeds in advance -multilingual staff -regular room cleaning, towels changed every day. -hotel visitors (at least during our stay there were no any drunk incidents or loud parties) -strong WIFI in the room -shower gel, shampoo in the bathroom Overall we were happy with our choice. The Booking score is pretty much fair.

There were few things we didn't like or found confusing: -there was some problem with the door lock in one of our rooms, it "forgot" it's card keys each time after houskpeeing, so we had to re-programm them each day (somebody had to come fix the lock, but never showed up). -weak wall's and door soundrpoofing, although this applies to 99% of Spanish hotels. Have your earplugs with you, if don't want to hear houskeeping started at 7 am. -toilet glass door (we like more privacy in the toilet;) -Paid gym -evening show and animation, for us was neither fun nor entertaining, but maybe it is our issue :)

This hotel is a really good place to stay if you want a nice relaxing area and like to avoid the downtown mess of Barcelona. It has a good buffet, some arcade games, an amazing pool area with just the right amount of chairs and outdoor seating. It’s great for anyone. This hotel is more on the quiet side. I wouldn’t come to party. It’s majority 85% older people. I recommend getting the pool facing view or else your stuck looking at other hotels and the alleys. It has great shops along the boardwalk and other restaurants in really close distance. The staff is really nice. Everything is super efficient. You don’t have to wait long for the reception. PS, if you have kids and they like to go on the balcony, book the first floor it’s a safer option. Also, pool is too cold for babies.

The rooms could be updated a little bit and cleaned a little more. I found dust in the lamp shapes and on the bed skirts. Some build up on the shower head. The floors need a good scrub.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful, and the staff couldn't be friendlier. They are always eager to help with anything you need. For instance, when we arrived at 9:50 PM on check-in day due to some delays with our plane and train, we were worried we’d miss dinner, which ends at 10:00 PM. But the receptionist was so considerate—he suggested we head straight to dinner first and check in afterward, so we wouldn’t miss out. That was such a thoughtful gesture! The food here is fantastic, both at breakfast and dinner, with lots of variety. There were always at least three different types of fish at dinner, along with other seafood like mussels, shrimp, and squid. The selection of meat dishes, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, and pastries is also impressive. The nearest beach is about 250 meters away, but we preferred the one that’s around 400-500 meters from the hotel. It’s large, very clean, and despite its size, it’s surprisingly uncrowded, making it a perfect spot to relax.

Excellent assistance from hotel staff who couldn't do enough to help and all worked very hard. My partner dropped his mobile phone from the balcony onto the roof of the atrium and they fetched it immediately (luckily undamaged). Also the night manager had to call an ambulance for my partner after a fall resulted in broken ribs and again the staff and manager could not have helped out more. Loved the location, cleanliness, pool, breakfast, there was nothing I disliked!

Breakfast hours were only 2 hours 8am to 10am which resulted in a very busy restaurant and meant you had to be awake by 9am every morning and everything shut down bang on 10am. A bit more flexibility or longer hours would be nice. Also, very few English channels on the TV, only 2 news channels, no films etc.

The room was really nice, beds comfortable. We had superior room with sea/swimming pool view. Great meals, always fresh and big variety. Nice swimming pool area, very calm. Very close to the train station and to the beach. Professional staff at the reception.

The stuff at the restaurant could improve to clean faster the dishes. It was not nice to sit the whole time with used plates, some tables were really small. No big cups for tea lovers and no tea making set at the rooms. The rooms were cleaned very late (even during the lunch time)which was sometimes uncomfortable as we needed to wait for fresh towels.

Room and bed were huge and comfortable, very clean. The variety of food at the restaurant was better than most hotels I've been to, really loved that! Also the spa was awesome. Reception and bar staff were friendly and helpful

The cleaning personnel was extremely loud in the corridor outside our room in the mornings, they were shouting, talking and laughing very loud, and generally making a lot of noise moving things around and so on. We were woken up by this 3 out of 3 mornings we spent there. We had a "do not disturb" sign, so they did not come in to do the room, however the "do not disturb" should also mean to be quiet outside the room!

Excellent stay... the hotel was the only one open in the area on February. Excellent facilities, spacious, clean, modern, good size rooms although we were looking on to a building site so the view wasn't good but that didn't matter. The food was excellent, a great buffet choice and the food was varied and fresh. The house wine was very good. A shame that bottles of water are so expensive ! The bar drinks were also expensive. The hotel is practically on the beach and within a 2 minute walk from the train station. Barcelone is 1 hr by train and 11€ pp return. All tourists shops and beach bars etc were closed in Santa Susanna in February.

The building site view. The hotel wasnt full... so perhaps for a stay of 4 nights we could have had a room overlooking a different area?

Super clean and modern hotel with staff that care. Out of season stay for us, but can imagine how much fun it would be here during the main season. Loved the evening entertainment too, varied offerings and great for the young kids. Shout out to Oscar from the bar staff..very attentive. We opted for half board and there was such a varied menu on offer that even the fussiest of eaters would find something.

In room tea and coffee facilities would be great...even on request as conscious its not for everyone.

Overall the hotel was very nice, we loved the spa, we loved the room and lobby and the staff was very kind. We also liked the buffet, it was more diverse than most other hotels and the quality of food was decent!

The outdoor pool was sour, to the point that it hurts your teeth and lips. It was really uncomfortable to swim because of this. The game area was a lot of fun, but a bit expensive. I would expect a hotel to offer free pool tables or at least cheap. 2€ a game get's quite expensive when you play a few games.

The breakfast and the dinner was awesome! The rooms are very good! The animators was the best! The sea was near. Lots of things were good. The whole hotel is very clean. The staff is very helpful.

One thing is not so good, that I had to pay for the suitcase to be weighed when I leave the Hotel. I tried to distribute the weight of the clothes in the suitcases, but I still had to weigh them several times before they all fell below the allowed value limit. I had to measure at least 6 times. Asking for money for the measurements when leaving is not the nicest thing, as this unpleasant last memory will surely remain in the guest's mind.
