For sure one of my best experiences in an all included hotel. Facilities were aligned with what was expected for a 4 star hotel, with a lot of attention to details, decoration and cleaning. Food from the buffet was great, with lots of variety changing all the options available every single day. Employees are incredibly polite and nice, from the cleaning room lady, to the buffet, to the reception and to the bar! Special recognition to the two portugueses bartenders at the hotel bar, which were super professional and always paying attention to our needs. Finally the show from Susanna Bey at the bar of the hotel was from far one of the best I have seen in hotels.

The things to improve are incredible insignificant when compared to the things we enjoyed at the hotel! Nevertheless we belive that the drinks at the beach club should be included as well (and not only half the price) and that the beach chairs should be available for free to the hotel guests.

Location is great! All staff was so helpful, and special thanx to Alex and Valentina, as they have responded to all our needs without delay. Thanx to housekeeping which was doing very detailed job, and thanx for a special surprise message on our bed, the last night at the hotel. :) Thanx to the restaurant team, the food was so delicious and with a lot of variety.

The pool area could be bigger, but it was manageable. We would suggest, if snack bar can offer the ice-cream , as it is a bit annoying to leave the pool area and go somewhere else for an ice-cream, in a such a hot weather :) Best regards to all the team. Jelena et Gabi (room 702) :)

Well, I enjoyed every single moment there. The location, the resort vibe, relaxation, and nice live music in the evenings. Amazing big balconies with the sea view, comfy beds, clean and nice bathrooms. Spa and sauna were perfect addition. And of course, the wonderful and huge beach with a lot of space for everyone. Boat trips to beautiful Tossa de Mar are available nearby every day. Food, OMG the food was delicious, both breakfasts (pastry!) and dinners (meat and fish dishes!). Also, the hotel interiors look very fresh, and it was just good to spend some time (reading or watching football) in the air-conditioned reception area or near the bar. I wanna say special thanks to a very cheerful and positive staff working at the pool bar. At some point, I even stopped going somewhere else for lunch because it was just really relaxing and nice to stay within the hotel territory. Frappuccino was the main drink of my stay :)

The cleaning person (presumably) took one of my own towels by mistake, and I got lost in the depths of the washing processes, and it was not returned to me or compensated. A minor thing that disappointed me a bit. However, the cleaning service itself was very good, and the room was always clean and shiny. Also, the room doors were slamming a bit loud.

Beachfront location, nice beach bar and poolside bar. The pool area is great, really well maintained. It felt really safe as I was travelling alone. Excellent facilities including the spa and the restaurant with wonderful chefs. Really close to other nice places to eat. Good location to rent a bike and cycle along the coast exploring. All the rooms have a balcony and sea view.

Nothing really! Santa Susanna isn’t really my kind of place, I preferred the culture in Barcelona but it was nice to relax and recharge and there are some nice spots to eat.

The lady on reception lara was amazing I was a solo traveller so was a little nervous she asked if I wanted a glass of champagne while I was checking in . And each day when she saw me she checked in on me and made sure I was OK. I sent them a message prior to my stay to say it was my birthday I was coming for and when I arrived they had upgraded my room to a sea view and on my birthday I came back to champagne a slice of cake and a little note. It was soo cute and made my day. Thank you i truly appreciated it.

If you come down late there isn't a lot of space to sunbath at the hotel as the loungers were all taken. But it wasn't the end of the world as the hotel is on the beach so you can just go there.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous, such as a range of foods and gluten-free. I would highly recommend this hotel for a lovely relaxing break. The added touch of Champagne 🍾 on arrival was nice. They have a spa, and the treatment were reasonable, but do book early!

The only downside I felt was that the room was small and near the door, so you felt sometimes that the people outside in the corridor were in your room!You could hear everything.

Everything in the hotel was perfect - the staff, the rooms and the food. I was a solo tourist and they treated me like a queen, and the plus was that I also speak Spanish. At check-in, you are immediately greeted by a surprise - welcome champagne. I had a room at the front of the hotel, with a beautiful sea view. I could write eulogies about food for days. I can still feel the flavors of all those delicacies they prepared on my palate. Also, the prices of drinks are very affordable. I will definitely be back next year! The warmest recommendation to everyone!

Our room had a view right to the waterfront, sunrise every morning and the beach from the balcony. The room itself was a bit small but we were not there to stay in the hotel. The beach is right in front of the hotel. The pool is outside, with view to the beach and they have also a bar and party room with view to the beach. The parking lot is closed but outside, so larger cars and vans do fit in. Walk 5min and you reach the train to Barcelona. Walk a minute and you reach shops on the beachfront or 2 minutes and you reach the shops back on the streets of Santa Susana. The Personnel was very nice and always helped out. All in all it is a place to recommend.

It would be nice to mention, that using the safe for instance will cost you additional money per day. And the Sauna, whirlpool and fitness room are open from later than 8 .... so workout before breakfast is not! For a four star Hotel, I would except a roomier bath, better soap an shampoo and please put a cupboard or at least a chair in there so your guests can put their towels and clothes when they shower.

This is by far the nicest hotel in the area! Amazing views! It is one of the very few hotels that are actually located on the beach! The staff was great! Friendly and attentive! It was quiet and relaxing!! A perfect getaway from the business of Barcelona. It’s in a perfect location! There had been reviews about the food not being that great and we did not have the same experience! My husband and I thought everything was amazing!! They do a great job with giving a variety of options to fit everyone. Being from the United States, of course it wasn’t “burger and fries”, it was clean, actual food that tasted as it should! So if you are looking to feel bloated in a swimsuit this may not be the place for you. The pool deck is located right on the beach and the staff is wonderful about continuously checking in or even bringing you what you have been drinking without even asking, once they establish a relationship with you! The rooms are a good size for two people and I would highly recommend getting a balcony with a view, though I do not think they even have rooms that don’t have one. The west side rooms do have the better view. I would highly recommend this property and will seek further Allegria hotels for my next travel!

The only thing that I was slightly unhappy with was that on the website it looks like the rooms have a hot tub on the balcony, which they do not. I think some of the pictures are from other Allegria locations that do offer that as an option.

It is a modern hotel with a very interesting interior design. The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The hotel offered very tasty breakfasts. It is located right on the beach in the first line of the coast.

We had a room on the top floor with a sea view, unfortunately also overlooking the neighbouring hotel, which was very close to ours, so that we had no privacy on the terrace. Unfortunately in the evenings the loud music from the neighbouring hotels did not allow us to relax in such a cacophony. In addition, a safe service in this class of hotel should be standard in the room price, not an extra charge. The lack of a Netflix / HBO etc function on the TV was also disappointing.
