First of all, the staff, it was the best experience that the hotel provided. Each and every staff member was friendly, pleasant and with good sense of humor, the food was tasty and high quality, especially the spicy rice it was amazing. The view from hotel was also great. The room was kept very clean, and room service was efficient, quick, and sometimes it felt like they are ninjas you get out of a messy room for few minutes... and then it's clean. But best experience was from the staff, meeting each and everyone of them gave me such joy that it lasted for full day.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, mattresses are a bit stiff. But that's the only problem that i had.

Excellent small hotel in a great location. We were allocated a different room to the one we had reserved. It was outstanding. Beautiful room, features & spacious. We were really impressed with the food both in terms of choice and quality. The swimming pool is quite small and if you are looking to relax & unwind late afternoon this can be overshadowed by the poolside entertainment. The central bar with evening entertainment is OK but lacks the sophistication created both in the restaurant and in the bedrooms. We were delighted with the 3 nights stay. An ideal place for catching the train into Barcelona. We will definitely come back.

Great location, the railway station is just in front of the hotel, but absolutely not loud. The beach is close, just have to cross the rails through the subway. Clean rooms, nice staff. The breakfast and dinner was delicious, I like that the waiters helped where to sit, so we never waited for free tables. The pool was clean and there was a small one for children as well. The animator was really good, there were great programs every day at the pool. In the bar there was mini disco every evening and after live music or dance shows.

Hotel is great, staff is very friendly, willing to exain everything and help. We even got room upgrade, altought not asking for it. Rooms are kept clean, towels are changed every day. Beeakfast and dinner are perfect, good is excellent, there is so much option go choose from and everything ia delicious. Food is really great! Location is very good, just across the train station, very near beach and close to shops, but still not busy location. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, spacious and clean room. Room, furnishings, appliances were all very new. Room lighting is superb, lots of options for mood lighting. Friendly staff. Wonderful facilities. Excellent location (directly opposite train station, but no noise pollution. And restaurants and beach are very close.) Easy to use safe.

Could hear people in the hallways if they were being loud but not an issue unless you need to sleep during the day. Towels didn't dry overnight but it didn't affect us as housekeeping changed the towels daily anyway.

Clean, rooms with a huge bathroom although it will be more perfect once the rooms are updated as decor old fashioned but beds are comfy and as stated super clean. Pool area is nice and we liked reserving a sun bed for one euro, well worth it but some days we took pot luck and still managed to get beds. Food is great, plenty of fish selection and fabulous pizzas. We enjoyed the omelette station and salad bar on a morning. Kitchen staff were lovely especially the guy who cooked fish/omelettes he was very happy and spoke good English. The only English in the hotel was quite daunting at first as we were not aware it is a mostly Dutch clientele but we soon got used to that as the people were quite friendly. The hotel reception were so kind when my son had a high temperature from heat stroke they couldn’t do enough to help. The cocktails are great.

Ok so the entertainment staff were great with the kids and l work with children so know the importance of keeping them happy but a zip wire over the pool and climbing a step ladder and jumping into the pool seemed outrageous but the kids loved it. It would be perfect if they had an area for just adults to relax but constraints on land would make it impossible. To be fair to the hotel ( when l complained as had a ball nearly take my nose off) they allowed us to use the indoor pool free of charge. I would return but probably a quieter time if possible. We preferred the discos inside the hotel. I personally wasn’t keen on the beach as it must of been jelly fish season so kept having to run out of the sea which was a shame but did enjoy the surrounding area.

The food was well prepared, plentiful and varied both at breakfast and evening meal. The pool area was large and appropriately staffed. The staff went out of their way, particularly when we needed to find the bus stop to take us to Barcelona when it was a market day and the usual bus stop had been moved.

Nothing. The staff made sure that all our questions were answered and acted upon quickly and effectively. We were even allowed to check in earlier than the arrival time that we had told them.

Quality of food is truly outstanding. Best of the best we have had in Spain. People in the restaurant are very hospitable, very organised, very hardworking and efficient (10/10). Very high standards of cleaning. Good size rooms and very good customer service. Highly recommended.

Check out time. 10:00 doesn't't provide enough time to go back to the room and be ready as the breakfast time is up to 10:00

Excellent hotel, room spacious and clean, brilliant breakfast choices and lots of activities provided for all. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Didda who was extremely helpful in providing assistance to me and my family when organising day trips. One of my family is a wheelchair user so additional planning was required.

Would suggest that the hotel provide a hoist at the pool for those with additional needs. Also some designated/reserved sun beds for those with mobility issues close to the pool would be very welcome.

The first room the hotel gave us was small, the balcony faced several air conditioners that blew warm air from the kitchen, so the balcony was absolutely useless, since it was impossible to go out there. The hotel kindly changed the room, at no extra charge, to a larger one on the 4th floor. this room was already nice and comfortable. we liked the food, the chefs at the hotel are excellent cooks.
