Great place to stay, apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable overnight stay, communications were excellent, great location for St Annes beach although we preferred to eat out in Lytham which we felt had better restaurants and bars although this was 3 mile bus ride which was enjoyable and not a big issue. thank you again we will definitely be back later this year.

Overflow car park at rear had no signage or direction which was a shame as we drove around the location a couple of times to find entrance, but this in no way distracted from our enjoyable overnight stay.

Pleasant, clean apartment in a good central location. Parking easy with spaces at the back and front of the property. Kitchen well provided for and like the inclusion of a few essentials (milk, coffee, tea) to start us off. Online check in/code provision easy to complete.

Stayed in the 1 bed rear ground floor flat. Unfortunately, the flat we stayed in had an additional rear access door and we were disturbed in the middle of the night by someone breaking open the gate at the side of the property and trying to gain access to our flat (the owners of the property did refund a small portion of our booking for the ‘disturbance’). Also, as the apartments are private and self-catering, we weren’t expecting a cleaner to let themselves into the flat during our short stay. We would have preferred to know this was going to happen so we could have put valuables away/not left laptops logged in etc.

The accommodation was nice, basic but nice and suited our needs for a 2 night stay I don't think I would have liked to have been in that accommodation for more than the 2 nights or with more than one other person. Overall a nice stay and we would book again.

Little things to address, the milk provided was off, the fruit provided had seen better days and the biscuits mentioned were non existent. We felt it could have been cleaner, rug in room definitely needed a good hoover. Although online check in and door code entry worked for us. We were awoken on the day of departure with someone else trying to access our accommodation at 8am.

Everything about the specific suite & building excellent. We had a small problem at entry due to severe wind & rain & not focusing properly on key pad. Phoned thru for help, answered immediately & we were talked thru into hallway, warm, bright & welcoming. All beautifully presented. Very comfy bed, on the back looking out to our car, extremely peaceful, had our own outside area should weather have been accommodating. Kitchen area nicely supplied & some tasty extras. Great location, a minutes walk to Wood Street & St Annes centre. Excellent alround.

The apartment was well located, close to both the town centre and seafront. It was well furnished and included welcomed small touches like complementary fruit and Christmas decorations (appropriate for the season). A cot was provided and set up with bedding and the rooms were comfortable and the curtains were black out.

You could hear people walking up the stairs to other apartments, though this was not disruptive. The second room (bunk beds) would suit children but may be a little snug for adults.

The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional, could not fault it. Was very spacious and system to get in was very easy to use. Extra touches like fruit, fresh milk, coffee pods ans biscuits. Comfortable beds, amazing shower with good water pressure. Free wi-fi. Quiet but not too far away from main sea front and attractions.

The only negative I could state is the parking. They do have spaces front and back but are very limited, so you're very lucky to actually have a space during your stay, and there are no other parking nearby to easily access without walking a distance from apartments. Perhaps consider one allocation space per couple staying so numbered parking allocations for each apartment there to avoid this happening.

We just love Suite Suites, a perfect little escape for a night or two. Cannot fault anything, we always feel pampered when we stay. Always spotless throughout . The beds are heavenly just feels like sleeping on a cloud.we always find little treats on arrival , the coffee is amazing. A few minutes walk to the seafront and shops, parking at the front door. Thank you for always making our stay just perfect , As I always say after staying... we'll be back! X

Everything was just perfect!

Clean, cosy, spacious accommodation right in centre of Lytham St Anne's. We stayed in 2 bed apartment with 2 kids. Each room had large tv with Netflix, YouTube, iplayer etc so kids could do as they please. Kitchenette had everything you could think of including dishwasher, coffee machine, bin bags, etc. Staff can change towels every 2 days if needed. Super comfy mattress. Close enough to Blackpool to visit Pleasure Beach and zoo but far enough way for peace.

Steep stairs to get to top floor apartments. Very small window in living room so not a lot of daylight. But neither would put me off staying again.

Lovely presentation, codes not keys was perfect, decor was modern and facilities were excellent. Staff called daily to replenish anything that was needed. Tea, coffee, fruit and snacks were provided. A fabulous location, only a give minute walk to to the beach, town centre and restaurants, plus generous discount for a local Italian was provided with the booking. Everything made our stay very comfortable and stress free, my daughter was getting married in St Anne's so she, her sister and I stayed here for final preparations before the big day.

Parking was limited, we couldn't park on the forecourt most of the time and road parking was extremely limited. A non resident even used the forecourt to park and go to town.

Everything, we’ve stayed before and the location is perfect. Clean, functional.

The tv in the kitchen wasn’t great, there was a fuzzy line along the bottom, like the tv was broken? Not enough towels. Thought they would be replaced every day tbh. Could have done with a couple of extra smaller towels for hair and hand towels. Could hear kids running around in the 3rd floor from 6am! Last time in 2022 we stayed on the 3rd floor and didn’t hear a sound! We knew the place was sound proofed but staying on the 2nd floor this showed it wasn’t that great! Yes there was meant to be quiet time from 9-9 but the family above didn’t take heed of this!
