Beautiful hotel with enormous potential

Definitively not a 4-star experience and not because of the room or the facility but mostly for the service. Some staff is completely unprepared to serve a 4-star hotel.

We don’t have a bad word to say about the property. Very clean, very friendly staff, good food at the restaurant (including gluten free pizza and pasta for me), great breakfast, comfortable room. Three swimming pools and a short trip to the private beach, super easy and enjoyable. Great location, 10mins from Ostuni where there are plenty of restaurants and bars and we also drove down the coast to beach clubs and other beautiful towns like Monopoli. We had a great stay!

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like, maybe the sun loungers are a bit uncomfortable? But that’s really trying to think of something negative.

Staff were great. Food also very good. Tranquil beautiful setting. Comfy rooms.

Spoken English is quite limited by staff. Obviously they are Italian and no reason they should speak English, but our basic Italian made communicating quite tricky

Everything was beautiful. Excellent staff:guest ratio. Food was incredible. Loved the train to the beach. Room was immaculate.

Just 2 things: 1 -would really have appreciated if the porter had pointed out the hairdryer in the wardrobe when he “showed” is the room. Instead of us using the 1970s wall mounted hair dryer in the bathroom for a week. #frizz 2 - somewhere for guests to change/ shower before late departure. The hotel is enormous and has plenty of space for such a facility. Felt a bit seedy getting changed in the toilets for a 4pm taxi collection.

The pool area was lovely and the rooms compact but comfortable. A good base to explore the surrounding area but you ideally need a car.

The air conditioning could have been cooler, it felt hot at night. The food and drinks were expensive and there was limited other facilities near by. We had a car so Ostuni was only 20 minutes away and was stunning.

Room size & bathroom were great, we had a prestige junior suite. Staff friendly, & helpful, closeness to a great beach was important. The option for our late check out was most appreciated & made us enjoy our last day more. Paddle tennis courts were great.

No kettle in the room . Sea restaurant was not open, which was disappointing , no where to get a lighter lunch Although pools were good , 1 heated pool would have been appreciated especially towards end of season

The 3 pools are lovely and the beach is fantastic. Very clean and stylish. Lovely staff. Newly renovated. Only 10 min drive from Ostuni. Definitely recommend staying there, be aware you will need a car or taxi if you wish to go into Ostuni. Taxi was €50 return.

The bathrooms have not been renovated and unfortunately let the rooms down. They are decorated new and stylish with whites and blues, but the bathroom is still old terracotta style. Not a deal breaker for us. But hope they improve when they close over winter?

The resort itself is beautiful, absolutely spotless! The staff were all so friendly and were very accomodating. The food was delicious and the pool area was spectacular!

The only minor feedback I would have is that it would be nice to change up the lunch & dinner menu slightly every day. We mainly ate in the resort as the cost of taxis into Ostuni were very expensive and although the food was delicious it would of been nice to have more options.
