I really hope I got his name right but Mr Valu was amazing! He was very helpful during our time there. He made our time there very easy with his helpful recommendations and assistance when our plane was delayed at very short notice. We are very thankful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We loved the location

The breakfast food could have been hotter

We were stopping over in Singapore and this hotel is an ideal location and provides everything you need, including a decent breakfast. It's round the corner from Raffles (for that all important Singapore Sling) and a couple of blocks down from the bus station for the hop on hop off bus. The waterfront and Singapore Flyer are easily walkable.

It's not a luxury hotel - more faded grandeur, but the price reflects this.

Everything. It was a really nice place to stay, close to shopping malls and eating, not too far from public transport too. The hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly.

Nothing, I liked what I got, as per my booking. Next time I would change to twin bed. A double bed is too small for 2 people. but that's each to their preference.

The hote is at a SUPER prime location. If you take a cab it is max 15mts away from China town, little India, universal studio, sentosa island, merlin bay etc. The MRT station is 5 minutes walking distance from it. There are also great cafes like Honk Kong cafe (2 mts walk from hotel ) HK cafe open 24 hours. 2 minutes walking distance is one mall with all good brands and 5 minutes walk is bugis junction which is the most happening area. I would recommend this place for all solo travlers, couples, family travellers and everyone looking to have most convenient stay where they can access al facilities easily. the staff is extremely helpful and accommodative.

Location was great, within walking distance to many malls. Room is basic but clean enough. The extra bed looked quite terrible because of the low height but it was not uncomfortable.

The reception was not rude but neither were they pleasant, would have been nice if they smiled a little. Doorman was not alert on arrival but helped a lot on check out. Power went off on one of the nights for 10 minutes and had to call reception to fix the problem.

The deluxe room is everything you need in your stay in Singapore. Wardrobe, comfortable bed and little desk and armchair. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The cleaning team is amazing! They even changed our sheets twice during our 6 days stay and gave us an extra blanket for the baby. Great location, close to everything with lots of bus stops just round the corner.

The bathroom is a little bit small and some rooms unfortunately have a fire route/exit outside of the windows so room can feel little bit dark.

Excellent staff and service. The room cleaning service noticed we used all the coat hangers, so they left us more without asking. On the checkout day, we could leave our luggage with them. They tie the luggage items together, label and store them in a separate locked room, so we were free to explore the city still after checking out.

Out of three elevators, only 2 are available for guests (to operate 16 floors I think), but it always arrived very quickly anyway. There's an older switch to call the elevator and a new switch. The old one doesn't work. The aircon vent rattled, which we were able to fix ourselves for the stay, so not a big problem.
