The reception staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Check in was very efficient. We were provided with room keys for the apartments and instructions to get there.

This was the trickiest part of our experience, but it ended well, fortunately. With instructions to go to 13 Faro, we ended up trying to access a private residence with that address. After asking locals for directions, we found the gate to the apartments and were successful after that point on, with a little more help from people staying in the apartments. We are chalking it up to it being dark and we were tired after travelling all day.

Great location just off the Pine Walk and beach, very clean, good on-street parking, at the quiet end of the beaches (not that anywhere in Port de Pollença is noisy!). Good cooking facilities. Modern studio apartment good size with shower and balcony. You also have the backup of the Bahia "sister" hotel if you have any issues...which we didn't..all in all a great place. Lovely pool too.

This wasn't a "didn't like" as such but it would have been good to have use of the beach towels at the Bahia to save you having to pack your own . Just extra space (and weight!) In your luggage. Would have encouraged Pollensamar guests to eat and drink in the Bahia bar and restaurant perhaps? Just a thought....

The apartments were lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were super comfy with extra bedding available in the cupboards. Kitchen perfectly stocked with all the basic items. The balcony was really big and had seating for us all. The pool area was cleaned every day and well maintained, the location was a short but very pretty walk to the main restaurants and bars.

Location was great. Confortable and very quiet.

I was disappoibted with the cleaning. We stayed nones nights and the apartment was only cleaned one but not properly. The terrace wasn't touched. I swept and mopped myself. The apartment was very clean but would have expected to at least have 2 days of proper cleaning. I felt there should have been somewhere there, there was a girl in reception for a few hours in the morning but not every day. Its a bit worrying to think if something happens and you can't ask for help or assistance.

Reception open 24hrs. Friendly staff. The flat was clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom had all the amenities.The swimming pool was great! Location is good if you like to be on that side of the town.

The pilows had a bit of musty smell - I'm guessing from not being dried on time. The rest was good.

We love staying here - its close to everything as well as being out enough that its not too much noise at night. Pool is super and its clean and tidy, collecting keys was a nightmare but we knew this as we have stayed before, there was some codes to get in but this still needs smoothing out. Really great that there was plenty of towels and books to select from and close to all the shops and food / beach.

Need to try and remedy the key situation, we ended up being given a master physical key as the card never worked, please also consider getting a coded room to store bags in once checked out. You can drop them to the main hotel but this is a 10 minute walk.

Lovely location 1 minute from the Pine Walk and quiet beaches and a short walk into the town. Great pool and not crowded. As you have self catering great supermarkets a short drive away and great restaurants a short walk away when not eating in.

Scraping of furniture.... other guests don't seem to have the ability to pick chairs up rather than dragging them!

Apartment very clean and well equipped with a lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds and parasols with lift to all floors

Check in arrangements not good having to go to Bahia Playa hotel to check in and pay and then take luggage half a mile along the Pinewalk is not the ideal way to start a holiday.

Lovely apartment once we were finally able to get the key and find it! Great location to the bars/restaurants along the beachfront. Lots of nice walks nearby too.

It was a nightmare checking in and collecting the keys from another hotel and we wasted over 1 hour driving around to find it etc, which was not ideal after a long days hiking!! Would have been great to have some provisions ie washing up liquid and/or tea/coffee too. The workmen working on the house across the road were also noisy with machinery, which is not the fault of the apartments but did mean early wake up calls!!

Really quiet away from the noisy resort hotels and bars. Pitch black room if you like darkness while you sleep. Very clean. I found it ideal. Walking distance to the beach but lovely quiet street so was very tranquil. Private pool in the garden. Lovely restaurant nearby (the Store - recommend the fish and chips) Overall very good value.
