We had a great vacation. You can enter the sea directly from the hotel with stairs. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach. The pool is very nice. The drinks at the pool bar were nice, but there is a lot of queue because the employees are a little slow. Our room was very clean. Check in and check out was very easy. Negative features : The staff at the pool bar is a bit slow and there is a queue. - Lots of cheese for lunch and dinner, but not enough for breakfast - Drinking water was not available in bottles but only in glasses during bar hours, so we had to buy water for the night from the market.

Such a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Away from the noise of Magaluf, but a short walk to the liveliness! Room was clean, fully equipped with everything you would need, and more spacious than we expected! Both pools were lovely and clean and offered beautiful scenery overlooking the sea. The bars and snack bar staff were always very friendly and had a large selection of food and drinks on offer. The hotel entertainment was unlike anything we have ever experienced before, a really nice atmosphere was created all evening and would be perfect for family’s with young children! We wanted to say thank you to JP at reception and Santiago in the restaurant for always being so helpful and making us feel welcome every single day. We plan to return to the leonardo royal hotel soon.

Everything was amazing, starting from check in, rooms, view, food, pool, beach, location... I would stay in Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca again and again :) Thank you for nice vacation

People reserving sun lounges (4 sun beds were reserved) 2 days in the rows and those please shows up around 4 o'clock. It should be monitored, if nobody there for the last 30 min the towels should be taken out and placed in a designated area and freed up for people who would like to use it.

Very nice hotel, we had a sea view which was beautiful. Breakfast was lovely, nice location to the beach front 2 min walk. 2 pools that could be used.

Nothing thay would put me off coming back, but a few things that might not suit some people, the snack bar was out the hotel, across the road and into another hotel. Also, the all-inclusive was difficult and confusing. At lunch and dinner, the beer and wine were open to everyone. Even if you were half or full board. Same with the soft drinks. But you could get a cocktail from the lounge bar for €2 which was good. The beds were a bit flimsy, but we did see that they had new ones. Also, the meat that was on offer at dinner, like pork chop or steak, was very tough and overcooked. All silly things, but I just thought I'd note it

Amazing experience I was travel with 3 boys 2 early 20s and 10 years old. The food was lovely The views where amazing. The staff where lovely special Edwardo the entertainment and outdoor activities there is actually kayaking included in the activities plus so much more.. I loved it

I did not like the fact it was located so close to Magaluf but the old boys loved it, for me best staying out of Magaluf but nice having a mix if u want relaxing days and wilder nights I guess. The hotel is very strict security so nobody gets in without a band. You could just stay on the Palma side but the main strip is only a short distance.

The meals were well cooked and there was a great variety on offer. The staff were all very friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for you.

I paid for all-inclusive and I never received a free alcoholic drink the whole week, they have discounted though to 2 euros so it wasn't so bad. The pool was freezing as we went in April at the beginning of the season. There are no snacks in the all-inclusive package unless you stay in the suites, a different hotel. The hotels having the same names etc... is very confusing.

Excellent location, amazing view of the bay from the balcony. Great variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Direct access to see. Nice beach. Hundreds of restaurants and shops around. Bus station to Palma is 8-10 min walking distance only.

Was so disappointed with our room overlooking a car port was not what I was expecting as not one of your photographs of the rooms looked like this. The room itself needed updated

Breakfast was good and there were lots of options. Palmanova location is one of the best location in Mallorca. Hotel was just on the beach.

Less vegetarian food option. There were not enough information about ingredients of the food. Instead of double bed they gave us 2 single bed.

The location of the hotel is good, I was worried being nearer to Magaluf than I would have normally gone for, but it was fine. The rooms were very clean, the hotel was very clean, including public toilets even round by the pools. The food was good. With plenty to choose from and something different every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The views from hotel are beautiful and easy access to sea and beaches.

Nothing really bad,, was just confused when we got there as hotel split over different sites but once there and it was explained all fine. Can be difficult to get taxi from hotel, but then found buses easier and cheaper to get around. With tap on and off system with bank card
