This was an awesome experience.... I was SHOCKED at how easy going the staff was... PERFECTION even the pricing was top tier....
The only thing bad was.. there wasn't a washer and dryer for us the family to use... But other than that 10s across the bored.. This is the only hotel we will book while visiting Conway, Ar

We traveled for a wedding and loved how cozy our stay here was! The place was clean and the staff was top notch they were extremely helpful and polite.
The only complaint would be the breakfast it wasn’t very good at all but truly not a deal breaker for us if we ever have to come to Conway again we’ll stay again

The location was perfect for me. Hotel was clean .
I was on the 4th floor. Would have been nice to have been informed at checkin that the 4th floor halls were full of the furniture from various rooms that were being repaired/painted. The furniture was there for all three days. I had no choice but to extend my stay and had to pay another rate for the room that was $30 higher then my original price. The furniture finally started going back into the rooms on Friday .

Absolutely clean. No roaches or bed bugs. Comfortable bed. Very nice front desk, night time and weekends, too.
I wish they would run breakfast until 10:00. But since it's free, I'm just going to shut up!

Good clean place. The desk clerk was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff stayed out of sight and quiet.
The breakfast was not well done. Out of everything but omlets by 8 am. That's my only gripe.

Staff was great. When I told them the blow dryer in our room didn't work, they replaced it with a brand new one, right away. Price was good, room was clean, bed was comfortable.
The room was smaller than most we have stayed in, but comfortable.

Those were for sure the most comfortable beds.
wish breakfast lasted a little longer we slept past 9 am, and there was no channel menu for the television

The breakfast was not much of anything. If having a good breakfast is important then stay somewhere else.

There wasn't much of a selection for breakfast so we went to McDonald's. Location is good close to the interstate and plenty of restaurants nearby. The night clerk was really nice and the morning clerk was friendly

Everyone was very nice, and helped us with whatever we needed.
Some of the other guest were very rude, and just not overall very nice people.
