Druscilla checked us in. She is absolutely fantastic. She was pleasant and very helpful. We had come to visit with family who has been ill. She inquired how our family member was doing, after learning why we were in town. Very sweet and personable.

Dang, we would have enjoyed bacon at breakfast. We laughed that the sign showed bacon but it was false advertising. We ate the sausage instead.

Clean and staff very kind, good breakfast options.

Older and needs some updates. Huge bathroom with no place for items. No kleenex offered. Also Needs some shelves. Closet in odd spot for such a large room. Not enough towels for amount of people booked. TV blew out smoke in bedroom, luckily we had another one where sofa bed was.

This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time from the moment I arrived the staff was wonderful even the next morning they were polite & helpful. The room was super clean, spacious and temperature awesome! The breakfast was great as well - cooked perfectly & fresh. This will be my hotel home when I return for future business trips.

The breakfast had a large variety and enough for everyone there. This was a busy weekend with Ball tournaments and the staff at Fairfield Inn were very courteous and accommodating for so many guests

Clean! Very comfortable. Great breakfast with Oatmeal bar and Hot Cocoa bar for winter. . If you are a veteran, call for discount!

I wish my shower was hotter. I should have showered earlier or at night. It was peak time so warm water was all it had. The bath products were top of the line

Breakfast was late and terrible. People were milling around waiting for the hot food. I must eat with my medications, so I waited even though I needed to get back on the road. I finally ate a small serving of scrambled eggs and very small biscuit. The final chaffing dish was never filled while I was eating. Very big disappointment after the warm welcome and professionalism I received upon arrival from the desk clerk.

BREAKFAST

The breakfast was the BEST I have ever had at a morning breakfast bar. The gravy was so good I had to let the cooks know. They were on top of everything, offering help, getting everyone taken care of. It has been a while since I have seen that kind of customer service. Well done!

The pillows were a bit lumpy for me but seriously that is my only complaint. It was an excellent stay, much better than the night before. Booking to walking out the door was top notch.

The breakfast was good.--Balanced, healthy choices. Plenty to eat. On 4th floor it was very quiet, nice for sleeping. Clean room, bedding was in great shape & so were beds. No bad odors at all! Enjoyed indoor pool & workout room. TV, microwave, fridge & everything else worked fine.

Maybe cinnamon rolls & pastries & other egg choices besides boiled ones. But breakfast was great! Really I have NO complaints. More choices for breakfast was all I could think to mention. Really enjoyed breakfast, though. We enoyed the whole experience. Thank You Staff!

The hotel appeared very clean and well maintained. Desk staff on duty and most friendly and welcoming. Nice sized lobby; even nicer sized breakfast area; plenty of room. Hallways and common areas well lighted. Bathroom in sleeping unit well lighted. Very comfortable bed and bedding.

Decor colors bold, okay everyones taste differs, but odd combination of colors and graphics, unappealing. The dark bold color in the sleeping area contributed to a too dark and gloomy ambiance. I would have appreciated more lighting in the sleeping area. Coffee brand or blend tasted more like tea than coffee. Thumbs down coffee.

I loved our room!! It was very clean and spacious!! I was a little worried that being a pet/friendly hotel, there would be issues, but it was not! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast area was clean and a great experience. I will DEFINITELY stay there again!
