All my interactions with staff were stellar. Visiting from Atlanta where customer service is very lackluster, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and great southern hospitality. The room was clean and well stocked. There was ample parking. And the location was perfect - located across from Walmart, within a 2-min drive to several restaurants, and right off the interstate.

The hotel was difficult to find as it’s located behind another hotel in a cluster of hotels with no signage.

Everything was great staff was friendly and polite, it was clean and great location I most definately would book again.

no complaints wish they had a pool but it was fine without one.

They didn’t offer breakfast or a pool. There was a kitchenette but I don’t want to cook. Also offer more than one coffee pod.

The beds were extremely comfortable I love the full size refrigerator and kitchenette. The free laundry facilities and weight room. Everything I need at this hotel for my perfect stay.

The location is great. I travel to this area for medical treatment, the hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, and it's always been quite, which is something you can't say about a lot of places.

The staff was amazing. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up.

Desk clerk on duty was great. He was sweeping floors in the lobby on one occasion due to mud on the floors, doing more than his tasks. Very friendly helpful. Ask about my frequent stay account. I was unsure but he found it and credited my stay. He had an excellent recommendation for a place to enjoy a great evening meal. Room was comfortable and the evening desk clerk was great.

Morning clerk couldn't even look up from her phone to thank us for staying or say goodbye.

Great staff, comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and pet friendly.

There wasn’t a hot breakfast, but it was ok because we were there for Thanksgiving with family. Had plenty of food to fill us up later.

Good location, easy check in and out. Had 2 rooms, one handicap room for my friend. When checked in there was a barking dog next door to the handicap room, but the dog quieted down, no further problem. Good location. Really like McAlister's restaurants and it was so nearby. Very comfortable beds.
