Comfortable bed with privacy curtains and quiet in dorm. Clean. AC worke well. Hot water and pressure good. Nice location near the Han river and in town.

Space betwn beds a little tight. Breakfast menu items could be changed to reflect what is actually served. Ordered mushroom rice noodle soup and got a packet of instant noodles straight from packet with nothing else. I requested egg and they were nice to fry egg after seeing my dissapointment.. Bfast time listed as 7 or 7:30 am but was closer to 8 when it opened.

-I had the bed in front of the door of the terrace: the door did not have a curtain so the sun's rays entered in the morning -Room with very bad soundproofing: you could hear the street noise quite a bit

Quite a fabulous deal because of the low price including a fantastic breakfast. All the staff know English, so there was no problem communicating with them (thanks to Sarah for the fun talks while I was at the reception). The bed was so soft that I could sleep well. Facilities are well equipped, and I think it's a good advantage that rooms and baths are separated (no need to worry about keeping quiet)

No serious issues are found. At least I could advise is to fix the credit card skimmer as quickly as possible (I couldn't pay by credit card because of its defect).

The staff is amazing and so sweet, I really liked the room and they will cook a delicious breakfast for you. The location is perfect for visiting da nang and you have a lot of small restaurants in the area. If you are vegetarian you can go to "pho ngoc" and they will have something for you. Everyone is so welcoming and they will help you with anything.

The bunk beds are a little bit high, but it's not a problem for a short stay ;)

Very nice and friendly staff. Good central location. Pleasant facilities. The dorm itself was clean (the bathroom a bit less so). Very good value for money. I enjoyed my stay despite a few minor flaws.

My mattress was quite bad. It was soft and sunken, like there was a hole, probably caused by guests sitting on it repeatedly. Some guests are long term residents who basically live there, and some can be a bit noisy sometimes, but it wasn't too bad either. Staff will turn on the lights and talk out loud when a guest will check-in late at night or very early in the morning. This is totally unacceptable. Water pressure in the showers was too low.

The dorms were very good, clean and quiet and had curtains which added a sense of privacy. Toilets easy to access and valuables could be easily locked away. A pleasure to stay there.

The staff whether it was a language difficulty promised to book a Grab taxi for 5:30am next morning and when I went downstairs next morning for the taxi no staff were available and no taxi booked.

The staff was so pleasant , the location ample and the hostel met the expectations we had from the time of booking. It was quite and pleasant although it was inside the city. it provided breakfast and the washrooms were cleaned and adequate

Unfortunately there was no provision of drinking water and the breakfast was not upto mark. everything was paid service and even one bottle refill of water is also not available. There was no AC for one night but later they fixed which was such a good gesture from the team

Staff was very kind and helpful. The building has some very interesting features it is older but with character and charm. Dorm beds with windows and neat balconies and plants. Simple fresh breakfast, clean linen. Good value for price.

I think the 12 bed dorms are too many people but I moved to a smaller number and it was perfect.
