Good buffet breakfast Excellent high tea - we appreciate that.

nothing that we dislike but we have an small hiccup and we need the staff to help open the safe deposit box when we check in. Other notable observation is that the hotel will request to keep the one of the passport till we check out which is a big no no. We end up paying for the stay first. We feel there should have a better alternative like paying a deposit upfront. Lastly,the wifi connection can be weak at different area for the room but it's not a major problem for us since we have cellular auto roaming enabled .

Stayed at Dong Duong Hotel & Suites for 3 nights. The location is fantastic as it's located in the city centre with plenty of options for shopping and local restaurants. The size of the room is just right and all the amenities in the room were satisfactory. The bathroom and toilet is also very clean and spacious. The staff were very courteous and also very accommodating. The buffet breakfast is really good. All in all, a good 3 nights stay at the hotel.

One minor thins - the electric kettle did not have a plug point close to it, hence had to move the kettle close to a switch point every time I needed to use it. Also, I didnt have any info in the room regarding the number to dial for the reception or even the food menu which the staff at the reception mention was placed in the room. This actually led to some minor inconvenience on the day of check in which I was later able to resolve with the help of staff.

Stayed one night here (1 Dec) The hotel has a retro vibe, and the lobby is charismatic with great photo angles and interesting antiques, though there is a musty smell. The location is central, within walking distance to Han Market and Dragon Bridge, with plenty of eateries nearby. The staff, especially the bellman, were very friendly and served us with a great smile. Our room included a lovely complimentary afternoon tea. The room was spacious and definitely good value for money!

The staff were friendly and very responsive whenever we needed any help. We were given a free upgrade to a bigger room as well. The room was very large and well equipped. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is walking distance from main tourist attractions, as well as surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

There was minor noise both from the corridor and outside the window but it didn’t cause too much of a nuisance. There was a slight blockage in the shower hole but it cleared after we let the water run for a while. The morning buffet runs until 9am but the food provided tends to stop being refilled around 8am.

The hotel is good but reception told me to give deposit, otherwise they will keep my passport. I had lot of argument with them. I asked them to show their policy on Booking.com which they could not show. I told them that I am ready to pay advance for my room rental for entire furation and I paid , but why should I pay a deposit and who are they to keep my passport. This was highly unpleasant experience , otherwise hotel is good.

Lovely hotel and foyer downstairs with interesting decorations. We were upgraded for free to a room with a balcony which was lovely. The staff were very helpful, and with a little help from Google translate even went above and beyond to get me to and from the hospital to have some stitches after an accident on a train earlier that day. Breakfast had a lot of choices and I had enough options as a vegetarian to keep me happy. Nice shower. Short walk to waterfront. Free "afternoon tea" was a lovely little treat

We really enjoyed our stay at Dong Duong Hotel! The staff is very supportive and friendly, helping us booking some transports to reach places around. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed, and perfect to chill a bit. Also, it is pretty central and close to the Dragon bridge and Son Tra market.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. Especially the ladies who are working in the reception area and the bell boys.

As the hotel is also used by tour groups breakfast is mayhem! Impossible to find a table until 08:15. After that you might find it difficult to find any plates, cups or cutterly. Food itself is good!

Baby steps. Danang reopening will be bumpy but the fantastic staff here went out of their way to get me Western breakfast items which I'm not sure they carry normally. The hotel lobby is an awesome museum of old cars, motorbikes and audio visual equipment from the 1920s to the 1970s. Upgraded to a bigger room on check in. I was the only one staying on the floor. TV is a smart TV! Great location 2 blocks from the river. Walk to many restaurants.

Dog barking from the restaurant down below. Cooking smells from a nearby restaurant made me close the window at times. Couldn't pay with American Express. Not the first time that's happened in Danang.

The hotel was very central, withing walking distance of Dragon Btidge. Thre lobby very nice, a collectors paradise.

There was a self service breakfast which could have catered a little better for Westerns like us. The addition of a little more fruit with yogurt would have made it perfect.
