For us the pro’s outweighed the cons and we enjoyed our stay there. We were warned to ask for a street-facing room on a higher floor and that was a good move. Place was 95% totally peaceful, but there were a couple of hours of reverie on the streets which for us were no big deal. — Super-charming location. Right on a park in a very residential part of Condesa, with tons of restaurants nearby. — Warm and welcoming staff. Cheerful and eager. — Pretty decent Continental breakfast included. — Good mattress and linens. — Was clean. — Walls are thick, no sound from other rooms, etc. — Top floor is trendy bar-restaurant with good food and great view. — 24 hour room service. We wanted to be in Condesa and all the other hotels were on busier streets. This felt a little like an oasis.

— Rooms are typical boutique-hotel small. Very small! Bathroom very small. — Shower curtain too short. Floor always got wet. — Nowhere near enough room for big suitcases, etc. Annoying at first, but we adapted. — Lighting in the room is really dim. They seem to think it’s cool, but sometimes annoying.

Great Location. Staff were some of the best in our whole 2 week holiday (6 different hotels) Roof Terrace was great.

Very noisy on first night due to function in centre atrium - ie right outside room. Basic rooms are very small Bathrooms badly needing some refurbishment

Not a lot - the bar on the roof was not open very often but the hotel is in a great location so did not have to go far to find a great spot for a drink.

The location was excellent for walking to most locations we visited. All of the staff were lovely (kind, gracious, helpful) - I miss them! We felt safe and taken care of. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was filling. We really enjoyed having both of the restaurants on site. Since we were traveling as a group, we all really appreciated the various lounge rooms in the main level where we could have some down time to read or sip cappuccino. We also loved using the steam room at night

We were disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The bathtub in our room was a bit slippery.

Gorgeous hotel that feels high-end without compromising some of the unique CDMX elements you would lose by staying at a global 5-star like the Ritz or 4 Seasons, etc. The patio space is wonderful and of course the design is excellent. Location cannot be beat. Breakfast was yummy and charming. I was skeptical after reading so many mixed reviews but I'm glad we stayed here again (it had been 10 years).

As other reviewers have stated, it can be rather noisy due to the bar upstairs. It was quiet by 1AM but would not have worked for our little one. Internet was extremely slow. Others complained about the size of the rooms but they felt on par to any major metro hotel I've stayed in (NYC, TOKYO, etc); I do think the beds could and should have been much better. It looks and feels like a wonderful hotel—and it really is —but if you are truly scrupulous, some details are missed and you may want to splurge elsewhere.

Brrakfast - i would have liked more warm foods like omlettes for the price im paying. Rooftop is amazing. Room is great. Comfy. Park and cafe access is spectacular

The bathroom is too small and dark and dinghy for some reason.

The rooms felt a little worn and dated, especially the bathroom. The beds were quite hard for my taste.

The location was great. The food was really good and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the tequila shot on arrival too!

Our duvet in the room was fairly stained which was slightly disappointing.

Second time at Condesa DF. It's good to be recognised and granted with an upgrade without asking. Such gesture that keeps clients happy and glad.
