I really liked the location of the hotel. It was centrally located to everything I wanted to get to in the Roma Norte neighborhood. It was perfect for a quick stay over the weekend and for a solo traveler. I could hear other travelers in the hallways, but it was relatively quiet when I went to sleep, which was nice since I wasn't disturbed by noise both inside or outside. The staff were all very warm and welcoming!

The only thing I wish the room had was a fan, it was a bit stuffy and the window didn't actually open up (to the outside). Also my remote didn't work for the TV, but I hadn't planned on watching TV all that much.

The room was adorable, quaint and quiet. Loved the woodwork in the rooms. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The neighborhood was beautiful and I ate a great brunch at a cafe nearby. I only stayed one night.

There was one window in the room, but it faced the wall of the elevator about 12 inches from the window, so no view at all. Even if the elevator wall wasn’t there, the window faced the interior of the hotel. Very strange. The noise from the other hotel guests in the morning was concerning, as I was right next to the elevator and since the floors were wood, there was a bit of clatter as folks milled about.

No AC the room is so hot, and security box was not bolted to the wall.

The location is fabulous, right near Parque Espana and in a great neighborhood, filled with cafes and restaurants. The leafy green paths made walking very pleasant. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Our inside room did not have an external window, which made the room quieter.

The bathroom is very tiny. With no AC, a fan or ceiling fan would.be nice. There is no breakfast. It is advertised, but the kitchen has been closed for some time. Finally, some harsh chemicals must be used in cleaning, because I developed an allergic reaction on my face the first night. With medication and putting things over the pillows, the swelling amd redness did not get worse after the first night.

This hotel has a fantastic location in Condesa (with a great coffee place on the same block). The staff were incredibly helpful and gracious, and the rooms we stayed in had very little street noise (you do hear your sounds from neighboring rooms). We initially stayed in Room 307 or 306, which was listed as a luxe room and did have a sitting area apart from the bedroom, but it had no window, only a door that opened onto a veranda that itself bordered a windowless atrium that was accessible to anyone staying in the hotel -- so secure, but not very private and fairly airless. The rooms have no mechanical ventilation, so at night, not having a window made for a hot, stuffy situation. We asked to be moved and were put, at a reasonable extra cost, in a penthouse for the three nights it was available. The penthouse bedroom had real windows, and was a lovely set of rooms. For the rest of our stay we were 406 or 407, which also had a real window. Note that the windows do not have screens and even on high floors, in March, mosquitos entered the room at night when the window was open. Not a big deal for everyone, but I'm a mosquito magnet. One final point: the showers are very small, and the bathrooms (even in the penthouse) are located right next to the beds. I didn't find that to be a problem, and it was in accordance with the very reasonable cost of the rooms. The bathroom situation is similar to that of many Paris hotels. The upshot: first, if you want a window in your room that opens onto open air, make that request explicit. Second, if you want to cool your room down at night by leaving the window open, bring a mosquito repellent and ask in advance for a fan to be placed in your room. The hotel staff were very understanding and accommodating of our requests and the hotel was very reasonably priced relative to its excellent location and cleanliness and comfort levels.

The location is definitely the best part of this. Right in the heart of Condessa with so many great parks, restaurants, bars outside your door. The staff was also very attentive and helpful for any of your needs.

Only bad part is there is no ice machine in the building. If you need ice, you can go to Oxxo ( convenient store ) down the street, and ask for a cup and ice and it costs almost nothing. Also, there is no central air, so if it is warm out, just ask for a fan and they will assist.

The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly. A bus stop directly out the front and easy access to bars, restaurants and parks. Walking distance to some of the main attractions in the city. The breakfast was large and tasty, though it was at a sister hotel, so you had to walk ten minutes to get there.

There was no AC in the room which we were aware of, but it got hot and stuffy during the night and you couldn't open the window otherwise the mosquitoes would bite. A fan or fly screens would have helped.

I loved the location, it was so easy to walk or get an Uber to anywhere we wanted to go. There were so many good shops and restaurants nearby! Every member of the staff was so pleasant and kind to us. We enjoyed the simple but delicious breakfast as well!

During the day our room would get super hot, but it was unusually warm while we were there so I don't think there was anything the hotel could have done about that. It was easy to open the doors and get cool air into the room once we returned for the day.

The hotel is centrally located which is great if you enjoy walking and being close to many restaurants, parks and cafe’s. The rooms are a good size and I loved having a min-fridge. This is a great option is you’re staying in the city for a long time.

The property is in the center of the city, so at night it can be a little noisy outside. I live in a big city so the outside noise didn’t bother me.

Access to the rooftop deck would be nice. Paying 50 pesos for a coffee pod is unacceptable.
