Excellent located in Saigon Centre - Takashimaya Mall. Very convenient if you want to hop out for some shoppping or a quick bite in the Food Court. The panorama view in the Lobby (on the 28th floor) and in the rooms is stunning! Almost all the staff is attentive and friendly, except for the people at the reception desk. Our room with kitchen is very well equiped with plenty of kitchen utensils.

Since Takashimaya Mall is so popular, there is always a traffic jam around the building. Ordering a Grab taxi can take somewhat longer. The staff at the reception desk often are staring on their mobile/computer and don't even look up when guests pass by. When they do: they often don't greet.

Location is fantastic, staff is super polite and helpful, services rendered is superb, rooms are super clean and modern, very gd size and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is a gd spread too n the hotel Michelin standard Lai and Towa restaurant are superb - exceptional service, food is very reasonable priced n exceptionally delicious! Best is there is washer w detergent provided; big clothes rack also provided. View from our hotel is also fantastic!

Going to gym is a little hassle as we need to get the hotel staff to go with you to sign in at a gym centre which works in partnership with Sedona. The hotel itself does not have its own gym. Having said that, there is no booking needed to use the gym and there is always a staff ready and stand-by to bring you when you want to go, so I must say the service delivered is really good.

Location is great, most attractions are within walking distance. Unfortunately the weather was too hot & humid to walk outside for very long during the day. We didn't eat in the hotel since there are so many choices outside. Service was excellent.

Not that much. The carpet on our floor smelt a bit damp when we arrived, but after we mentioned to the staff, we didn't experience it again during our stay. On the first day when we walked outside the hotel, I was harrassed by some street vendors who poured water over my shoes so he could polish them - that was not nice. The street vendors were not bad people just a bit irritating sometimes.

The location is highly sought after, situated directly above the Saigon Centre Mall. The elevated position affords breathtaking views. The accommodations are exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the showers provide a refreshing and invigorating experience. The staff are professional, overall one of the best I have stayed in. If I were to return, I would seek out Sedona Suites first because it is very convenient.

The cost is relatively high.

The location of the hotel is great and within easy walking distance of the city centre, markets, shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and have all the facilities you need with great views across the city. The staff are very helpful and assisted us with arranging a city tour at very short notice.

Breakfast buffet was very good, but variety was not as good as other places we stayed in Vietnam. No complaints but it seemed a little more impersonal, a little expensive, and lacked a little character. It could have been a hotel in other big city (until you step outside).

The location was great. You're within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and bars. Also a street market. As with any location in a major Vietnamese city, the streets are dangerous, but this area seemed less so. Good for walking.

The setup of the hotel is a little strange. You enter at street level, take an elevator to the 28th floor (which is the lobby). Then get on another elevator to get to your room. I takes a while to get from your room to the street. But, it was quiet as a result of being so high.

We chose this hotel because it's in the center, minutes walk to everything. Stunning view of all Ho Chi Minh City day and night from our clean and comfortable Grand Three Bedroom and a connected Grand Studio on the 38th floor. The staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

This place was so much more luxurious than expected. The views are insane! Floor to ceiling Windows and the whole city at our feet from 42nd floor. Did not have breakfast (coffee enthusianst so wanted to check out the very interesting coffee scene instead) but it looked delicious. Also the afternoon tea with excellent views looked good. Swimming pool a BIG bonus in a hot city.

Be aware that some rooms have connecting doors, and these are not soundproofed. Very noisy family next door, kids screamed for hours on end, it was like having them in the same room. Just bad luck, not the hotels fault. Also, even when we turned off the aircondition there was a very loud sound coming from the Ac vents. It was turned off every night at 11pm, but made it i possible to have a quiet nap during the day.

Exceptional views from the lobby, fantastic service, great location, excellent breakfast. High end dining experiences. The room layout and features are excellent.

The 01 room we had, had poor sound insulation. We would be woken up by a family with a group of people having a party next door, to the hotel's credit they did organise for us to be transferred to another floor but being the same configuration room, we got moved to a room with a young child that woke us up in the mornings. The 01 rooms have a door which can be used to expand to the adjacent hotel room so maybe this is why these room walls seem to be thin?

The staff are outstanding, I am so glad we decided to have breakfast at the hotel, combination of both Vietnamese and western large selection of great breakfast as well as made to order egg and Asian specialities in an iconic setting looking of the river and city. Loved happy hour and had the most fantastic young lady, Vi, serve us on three occasions. Location is great, big department store next door, and the Saigon market across the street.
