The room was good, clean, and supported with all needed amenities. The bed was comfy, and the air conditioning and water heater are also in good condition. The location is exactly in front of Ben Thanh Market, the most visited place in the city. Just a 10-minute walk away, you can arrive at Saigon Square in front of the Ho Chi Minh Statue. For those who are looking for Halal food, there are plenty of Halal restaurants just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It is very convenient. The hotel also provide breakfast with various menu.

The hotel reception is on second floor, so you need to walk the stairs, so those with big luggage maybe will have an issue. But, after checked-in, there is elevator to all rooms behind the reception.

Location was superb, plenty of vendors available and right opposite to Ben Thanh Market. We arrived at night and glad to see the area still very bustling!

Breakfast options were okay, nothing too spectacular about it given the price we paid. Hotel staff were generally ok when we requested for help, but not too proactive nor attentive. The design for the shower and toilet being separated seemed a bit odd at first, but it wasn't something we can't work it.

Easy location. Quick walk to the beach. Great views from room and pool. We had the penthouse suite it was amazing!! The hotel stored our luggage until we were ready to leave, had a shower and changing room for us, and arranged transportation to the train station for us. Laundry easy to have done nearby from hotel. Easy to arrange tours. Great food and massages around town. Beach has a great inflatable playground.

A few feet away from Ben Thanh market. Places of interest all within a good walking distance. Friendly people in general. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Good size twin room. Fridge. Kettle. Aircon. TV. Couldn't hear street noise. Good lift in Hotel. Room service each day. Breakfast was excellent with good variety of food. Staff rang for taxi which cost 148,000vnd to airport.

Smell of old smoke in hallway and room. Breakfast great although replenishing was slow.

The property is very accessible to all. We just walk around to visit the main tourist areas and a lot of restaurants, spa, shopping centers, and etc to choose from. The staff are also nice and the breakfast is pretty decent. The view is also a plus for us because in front is the ben than market which radiates at night. Very happy to our stay.

Location is perfect opposite the ben thanh. Our family of four stayed in two side by side rooms. It was perfect for what we needed. The breakfasts were fabulous.

Only small comment was the shower had no space to change clothes so we had to juggle rooms for our teenage son and daughter to change.

The hotel is great and right in the heart of district 1. close to the market and all the tourist places are right around the corner. it’s clean, the breakfast was good and the staff are all helpful and always smiling.

i booked a room at the front but had to change to the back of the hotel due to the noisy street. this was done without any problem. just be aware when you’re booking. this is not a negative on the hotel, just to make people aware.

Able to leave the luggage at hotel when arrived before check-in time. Iron not provided in the room but don't worry, just request and they will sent it to your room. The hotel location is very strategic. Ben Thanh market infront hotel and got a few halal restaurant nearby about 4-5 minutes walking. And walkable distance to other attraction places like Tao Dan park, Indepence Place, War Remnant museum, al Rahim mosque and more.
