Owner and staff were very helpful and friendly.Food in restaurant was good but quite expensive , It was decorated very nicely though with attractive bar . Breakfast was really good with large portions . Really central location . Good selection of beers and a beer garden to rear . Parking for cars at rear . Great central location for the town and travelling to nearby attractions, Recommend the Castle which is a great day out particularly with kids
Decorations were acceptable but could be finished to a higher standard, there were a couple of small faults with the bathroom in one of our rooms but the owner was not aware and said would get them fixed immediately.

The room was clean and comfortable, although with storm Darragh the curtains were blowing. Considering the hotel was on a main road and opposite Sainsbury’s it was very quiet. The landlord and staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. We ate in the bar on Friday night and I couldn’t fault the food at all. You need to have the 3 milk cake (it sounds much better in Spanish), it was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like. Parking was a bit tight but we managed okay. It would have been nice to have a couple of arm chairs in the room but that’s not really an issue.

The food ,service and room comfort. Good location for central Warwick . Fan, heater, hairdryer, shower gel , shampoo, tea & coffee provided The nearby Rose & Crown is a good option for Sunday evening dining. Parking charges reimbursed.
Nothing really, other than the car park is very small and used for outdoor dining in the summer. There is a 24 hour pay and display car park around the corner using Ring go payment so easy to add payment via the app. The kitchen is closed on a Sunday evening . Rooms are upstairs which is a steep staircase so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. Wifi limited in room not available outside Could do with some lighting by mirror..

All the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was a nice size and the beds very comfortable. The hotel was a short walk from the town centre.
The breakfast was good quality food and well cooked, but the only (hot) choice was a full-English or selections from it. Both hot and cold water went off on one occasion, which was probably due to everyone taking a shower at the same time

The room was lovely, we loved the fact we could watch Youtube on the TV! Lots of space, big comfy bed, and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, plus the lady running it was lovely and helpful. We were here to visit Warwick Castle which was a short walk away so very convenient. You could walk everywhere in minutes so great location!
Only issue was the shower. We noticed it kept switching between hot and cold, possibly when water was being used elsewhere so there were a couple of scalding incidents. Nothing to worry about though

It’s situated in an old, but very well kept building with a flair of Argentina - it adds so much to the charm. The narrow and squeaky staircase, the wood elements, the hardwood floor… and then there is this colourful interior with flowers and decorations as a fusion between England and Argentina. I adored it! Even though it is situated over a pub/restaurant, they close well early enough, so you are not disturbed at all in your nightly sleep. Also I have a feeling the building is very well isolated in a sound proof way. Incredibly friendly and polite staff. Would fully recommend anyone to go there.

We enjoyed the whole experience of staying there. We felt that much work had been done in such an old building to create t!he rooms and Ensuite. The staff were very attentive and efficient. There was a nice atmosphere in the whole place. Above all, we thought it was very good value for money and with its own car park. It was warm and welcoming. We were in Room 8
The bedroom door had very wide gaps which let in a lot of light - from the hallway- which could not be turned off. Problem for me sleeping. Had to put clothes around the door to try and block.out the light

It is very well located, near the city centre and all touristic attractions. The hotel itself, built in an old house is nice and cozy. The room was small but very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, they helped us with our luggage, and explained us patiently how to get around the town. We also had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and a good breakfast the next day.
The access stairs to our room were extremely narrow and twisted. It was difficult to climb with two medium size suitcases.

It is very central and a lovely traditional pub with a friendly landlord, beautiful restaurant on site, the food was delicious. Room with 4 poster bed and huge bath with overhead shower. The only problem we had was we were at the top of the building, and my husband has mobility issues. But this was entirely my fault for not mentioning or checking before booking. We had a lovely stay, and Warwick is lovely, Stratford-upon-Avon stunning, and Oxford just perfect.
Just the stairs, but I didn't check so no fault of the vendor
