The architecture , the atmosphere, the location and the restaurant were all really good. We stayed in one of the small detached houses by the pool and it was super cozy! The beach next to the hotel is quite boring(sometimes boring = relaxing, isn't it) but in 10 minutes you can walk to Llamai beach, which has nice waves and good cafes along the coast.

Half of the staff were really warm and great, while the other half were a bit unpleasant to talk to. This might be due to a language barrier though. The restaurant makes you wait (sometimes quite a bit), not just for food but for the menu as well. Checkout time on Booking.com is inaccurate - it's actually 13:00! The bed mattress was too soft. If you have a bad back - it might be a problem. The hot water from boiler runs out before you can fill up the japanese onsen style bathtub. A shame, it's a really nice looking bath..

Beautiful location, right on the beach near the fishing boats. Lamai beach is stunning! Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Food was excellent! It’s a health and wellbeing type of resort so there were people fasting but I don’t know how they resisted the temptation of the delicious food! The lady opposite the building is a lovely travel agent who hires out mopeds and arrange airport taxis etc offering decent prices (200 baht cheaper airport taxi than the hotel)

Not much! Maybe the pool could have a rail to get in and out easier. I wouldn’t recommend families stay here, The pool is a bit small for large groups of people. But it’s perfect for couples, friends or solo travellers

boutique hotel with well built quality accommodation. great location on the beach with sunrise and sunsets. although some have complained about the beach, we felt the fishing boats and pier to the right of the beach were a great addition. we loved our stay!

as it is a wellness spa, the menu and bar were limited to healthy options. however, that depends on your outlook, it was all delicious in any case! shops just outside if you need anything more. taxis relatively easy to get from outside the resort nextdoor into the main part of lamai if you want to access the livelier side of the beach.

Very tranquil hotel. Had a gorgeous hut style room around the pool area. Lovely interior with a huge bathtub! Very clean resort.

The beach front of Lamai is beautiful, however the front of the hotel has an obstruction central and an outdoor gym to the right of it which both were slight eyesores (when you compare to views from the rest of the beach). Food was expensive and average. Staff were lovely although feel a thorough introduction was not provided, no information given about spa services or the shuttle between hotels. Asked if we could book in a day in advance for a massage to be told fully booked both days, however when we walked past on multiple occasions at different times there was staff free in the area. They could’ve not been masseuses or waiting between clients but was disappointing when only a 3 night stay and couldn’t take advantage of the facilities which was the purpose of booking the hotel.

Peaceful and clean. Room and pool area were very quiet despite being close to a busy road. Lamai city and beach were close enough, either 15-20 min walk or a 5 min taxi ride. Great restaurants and lots of activities to do on the beach.

Staff was friendly but many of them weren't well trained and didn't speak english that well. We had one lovely receptionist who spoke better english than others and understood what we were asking - she also gave great advice on where to go and what to do.

Great place to enjoy some relaxing days in a peaceful and calm environment. The facilities are in a stylish design and the entire hotel area is very clean and trimmed. Since the resort isn't that big, our stay felt really private. Same for the beach that was quite small but clean, right in front of the resort, with a great mix of shadow by the trees and with only a very few people on it.

Only some minor details that could be done better (for a 5* resort): - rooms are poorly soundproofed (maybe because the windows are not 100% tight) - more sunbeds at the pool or at the beach. Sunbeds at the beach made the impression to be owned by the resort next door and were super basic and not very comfortable - on the first day the towels were a bit clummy

Fantastic spot on the beach, small hotel, can see the beach from the pool, no high fencing, small hotel, not sharing with a lot of other people.

Fans in the rooms so that we didn't need to use aircon all the time, some of the staff at reception didn't have great English or follow up with problems like they said they would. Yoga was very noisey with staff talking around and traffic noise

Lovely little boutique hotel in Koh Samui. Very friendly staff. Very stylish and beautiful rooms. Pool area is beautiful. Small and cozy hotel. Very luxurious. Good location. For breakfast You have to order from a set menu, You do not have a buffet. Has a beach just infront of the hotel. No other tourists there.

* Breakfast ladies do not understand english, messed up our orders every morning. Very slow service from them. If You want quicker then have to go Yourself to the counter and order.

The resort is absolutely beautiful. There are some rooms upstairs, which we got, and they are a bit more private than the rooms next to the pool. The whole aesthetic of the room was stunning. We made use of the gym as well. The pool and beach were beautiful as was the view. The beds were amazing. The price was very very reasonable for the luxury you got. Last but not least, the staff was very nice. Especially the man at the restaurant was very polite and nice. Amazing food! We will 100% come back!
